YoLongevity Terms of Service
Version: 1.10 Effective date: 2026-07-23 Last updated: 2026-07-23
PLEASE READ FIRST — TWO IMPORTANT POINTS
PLEASE READ THESE TERMS CAREFULLY. THEY CONTAIN AN AGREEMENT TO ARBITRATE WITH A 30-DAY OPT-OUT, A CLASS-ACTION WAIVER, AND OTHER IMPORTANT PROVISIONS LIMITING YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS — UNLESS YOU ARE A CONSUMER IN THE EUROPEAN UNION, UNITED KINGDOM, SWITZERLAND, OR ANOTHER JURISDICTION WHERE YOUR CONSUMER RIGHTS PREVAIL OVER ARBITRATION.
YoLongevity IS A WELLNESS AND LIFESTYLE OPTIMIZATION SERVICE. IT IS NOT A MEDICAL SERVICE. IT DOES NOT PROVIDE MEDICAL ADVICE, DIAGNOSIS, TREATMENT, OR PRESCRIPTION. IF YOU THINK YOU ARE HAVING A MEDICAL EMERGENCY, CALL 911 (US) / 112 (EU) / 999 (UK) IMMEDIATELY OR PROCEED TO THE NEAREST EMERGENCY DEPARTMENT.
How this document is organized
These Terms have two parts:
- Master Terms (Sections 1–21) — common to all subscribers.
- Tier-specific Schedules: Schedule A (Tier 1 — Life Coach), Schedule B (Tier 2 — Transform), Schedule C (Tier 3 — Elite). The Schedule that applies to you depends on the tier you subscribe to.
Several companion documents are incorporated by reference:
- Privacy Policy at
https://yolongevity.com/privacy - Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy at
https://yolongevity.com/consumer-health-data-privacy - AI Transparency Notice at
https://yolongevity.com/ai-notice - Cookie Policy at
https://yolongevity.com/cookie-policy - Per-flow consent forms: Partner-Clinic Referral Notice, Wearable-Integration Authorisation, Lab-Upload Authorisation — each presented to you in-app at the moment the relevant flow begins.
If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use YoLongevity.
PART I — MASTER TERMS
1. Acceptance and parties
Plain-language summary: By creating an account and clicking "I agree", you enter into a contract with YoLongevity. You must be at least 18 years old. The contract is with YoLongevity, Inc. (Delaware) wherever you live — it is the global contracting party for all users.
1.1 Acceptance
By creating a YoLongevity account, by ticking the "I agree to the Terms of Service" checkbox, or by using the Services in any other way, you accept these Terms. Each tier subscription you start (or upgrade to) is a fresh opportunity to review and accept these Terms; you confirm acceptance again at that point.
If we make a material change to these Terms, we will notify you by email and through an in-app banner at least thirty (30) days before the change takes effect. For users in the EU, UK, Switzerland, or another jurisdiction whose consumer-protection law requires it, we will also ask for your explicit re-consent to the material change. See Section 19.
1.2 Parties — global contracting party
The parties to these Terms are:
- You, the individual using the Services; and
- YoLongevity, Inc., a Delaware corporation (Delaware File No. 10568801; date of incorporation 2026-03-31; EIN 38-4392504). Registered office: 131 Continental Dr, Suite 305, City of Newark, County of New Castle, Delaware 19713, USA (registered agent: Legalinc Corporate Services Inc., 131 Continental Dr, Suite 305, Newark, DE 19713; phone 302-894-8922). Principal executive office: Kertvárosi krt 22, C building, 6/2, 1237 Budapest, Hungary.
YoLongevity, Inc. is the global contracting party with all users worldwide — including users in the United States, the European Union, the United Kingdom, Switzerland, and any other country in which we offer the Services. All invoices for YoLongevity services are issued by YoLongevity, Inc. (Delaware, USA), regardless of the user's country of residence. References to "YoLongevity", "we", "us", and "our" are to YoLongevity, Inc., and to its affiliates and subsidiaries where the context permits.
YoLongevity, Inc. is established in the European Union by virtue of its principal executive office in Budapest, Hungary, and is therefore subject to the GDPR under Article 3(1) and Recital 22. The Hungarian National Authority for Data Protection and Freedom of Information (NAIH) is our lead supervisory authority under the GDPR one-stop-shop mechanism. No Article 27 EU representative is required.
For data-protection purposes, the relationship between YoLongevity, Inc. and YoLongevity Hungary Zrt. (the Hungarian affiliate that employs or engages the medical staff and the Wellness Coaching Personnel — the degreed dietitians (each a degreed nutrition professional) who serve as the primary human point of contact, together with any other suitably qualified personnel engaged for wellness coaching, in each case acting under the oversight of the supervising physician team — providing Tier 2 / Tier 3 wellness coaching) is described in §6.6 below and, in detail, in our Privacy Policy.
1.3 Eligibility — you must be 18 or older
Age requirement:
"You must be at least 18 years old to use YoLongevity. Do not use these Services if you are under the age of 18."
In addition, you confirm that:
- you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the law of your country of residence;
- you are not legally prohibited from using the Services under any law that applies to you;
- you are not located in, ordinarily resident in, or a national of any country subject to a comprehensive US embargo, and you are not on any US-government, EU, UK, or UN sanctions list;
- you will use only one YoLongevity account, and you will not share it with anyone.
We re-confirm your age at each subscription renewal. Misrepresenting your age is a material breach of these Terms.
2. What YoLongevity is — and what it is not
Plain-language summary: YoLongevity is a wellness platform. It uses AI plus, in higher tiers, dietitian and physician support, to help you optimize lifestyle factors such as sleep, nutrition, exercise, and stress. It is not a medical service. It does not diagnose, treat, prescribe, or replace your own physician. It is not insurance, not a medical device, and not a HIPAA-covered service.
2.1 What YoLongevity is
YoLongevity is a wellness and lifestyle-optimization platform delivered through our website, our mobile applications, and (in Tier 2 and Tier 3) human wellness-coaching and physician-advisory layers.
The platform provides:
- AI-driven longevity protocols across nutrition, sleep, exercise, stress, and supplementation;
- integration with consumer wearables and health platforms (Oura, WHOOP, Garmin, Polar, Apple Health, Android Health Connect, Withings) and external laboratories;
- educational content on longevity science; and
- three subscription tiers, each governed by its own Schedule (A, B, or C).
2.2 What YoLongevity is NOT — wellness, not medicine
This is the most important section in this document. Please read it.
- YoLongevity is a wellness and lifestyle-optimization service. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or prescription.
- THE SERVICES ARE FOR INFORMATIONAL AND EDUCATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY AND CANNOT REPLACE THE SERVICES OF PHYSICIANS OR OTHER MEDICAL PROFESSIONALS.
- Use of the Services does not create a doctor-patient relationship between you and YoLongevity, our Chief Medical Officer, our supervising physicians, our dietitians (and any other Wellness Coaching Personnel), or any of their affiliates.
- YOU SHOULD NEVER DISREGARD MEDICAL ADVICE, OR DELAY SEEKING MEDICAL ADVICE, BECAUSE OF ANY CONTENT PRESENTED IN THE SERVICES.
- IF YOU THINK YOU ARE HAVING A MEDICAL EMERGENCY, CALL 911 (US) / 112 (EU) / 999 (UK) OR PROCEED TO THE NEAREST EMERGENCY DEPARTMENT IMMEDIATELY.
This block is repeated, in substance and in plain language, throughout your YoLongevity experience: in onboarding, in the YO Coach interface, in each Schedule that applies to you, and in any partner-clinic referral notice. The repetition is deliberate. It is the way we maintain wellness-scope clarity at every interaction.
2.3 No doctor-patient relationship
Physicians and the Wellness Coaching Personnel (including your dietitian) who interact with you through the Services provide educational, advisory, and wellness-coaching support only. They do not diagnose, prescribe, or treat. No doctor-patient relationship — and no dietitian–client or other professional treatment relationship — is created between you and any YoLongevity-engaged physician or member of the Wellness Coaching Personnel, regardless of how frequent or substantive the interaction may be.
If a medical need is identified during your use of the Services, we will refer you to an external partner clinic that operates independently of YoLongevity. Section 6 explains this separation in detail.
2.4 No HIPAA covered entity / no PHI / no EHR
The following declaration is made unconditionally:
"YoLongevity is not a Covered Entity, not a Business Associate, not a healthcare provider, not a clinical laboratory, and not a pharmacy. YoLongevity is not a 'covered entity' or 'business associate' within the meaning of the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996 (HIPAA). YoLongevity does not maintain electronic health records or electronic medical records. The information YoLongevity collects is not Protected Health Information within the meaning of HIPAA."
Where a partner clinic interacts with you in the course of clinical care it provides, the partner clinic is responsible for its own HIPAA program; that program covers the partner clinic's clinical records, not YoLongevity's platform records. See Section 6 and the relevant Schedule.
2.5 No insurance, cash-pay only
YoLongevity products and services are sold on a cash-pay basis. We do not bill, accept, or process insurance claims. The Services are not insurance products and do not satisfy any individual health-insurance mandate under federal, state, or national law in any jurisdiction.
2.6 No medical-device classification
The YoLongevity platform and the YO Coach are designed and operated as wellness tools, not as medical-device software (MDSW) within the meaning of EU Regulation 2017/745 (the EU Medical Device Regulation). They do not generate diagnoses, differential diagnoses, or treatment recommendations. They are not Software as a Medical Device under the United States Food and Drug Administration framework or under any comparable framework in any other jurisdiction.
If at any time we were to develop a feature that constitutes regulated medical-device software, that feature would be offered under a separate regulated track — not under these Terms.
3. Artificial intelligence in the Services
Plain-language summary: Many parts of YoLongevity are powered by AI. We tell you that up-front. AI helps generate your protocols and adjust them as your data changes. AI is not a clinician. It can be wrong. It does not make decisions that have legal or similarly significant effects on you. You have the right to ask a human to review any AI output. Detailed AI disclosures are in our standalone AI Transparency Notice.
3.1 You are interacting with AI
The YoLongevity Coach (the "YO Coach") and certain other features of the Services are powered by artificial intelligence. When you interact with these features, you are interacting with an AI system, not a human.
We surface this fact in the user interface as required by Article 50 of Regulation (EU) 2024/1689 (the EU AI Act).
3.2 What the AI does, and what it does not do
The AI does:
- generate personalized wellness protocols based on the data you provide;
- adjust those protocols as your wearable, lab, and self-reported data evolve;
- surface wellness-baseline deviations and educational prompts; and
- recommend that you consult a physician where appropriate.
The AI does not:
- diagnose disease;
- prescribe medication;
- make clinical decisions;
- function as Medical Device Software; or
- replace a qualified healthcare professional.
3.3 AI is not a human
"YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT THE AI TECHNOLOGY UNDERLYING THE YoLongevity COACH IS NOT A HUMAN AND IS NOT A REPLACEMENT FOR HUMAN INTERACTION OR ADVICE."
3.4 AI may be wrong (hallucination warning)
"GENERATIVE AI IS KNOWN TO HALLUCINATE OR OTHERWISE PROVIDE INCORRECT ANSWERS. YoLongevity DOES NOT GUARANTEE THAT ANY AI OUTPUT WILL BE HELPFUL OR ACCURATE. YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR EXERCISING YOUR OWN JUDGMENT BEFORE ACTING ON ANY AI OUTPUT, AND FOR CONSULTING A QUALIFIED HEALTHCARE PROFESSIONAL ABOUT ANY HEALTH DECISION."
3.5 GDPR Article 22 — tier-specific posture
YoLongevity's wellness service does not produce decisions with legal effect or similarly significant effect on you within the meaning of Article 22(1) GDPR. We operate the following tier-specific posture:
- Tier 1 — Life Coach: fully automated — no human review by YoLongevity-engaged personnel. You give your explicit consent under Article 22(2)(c) of the GDPR at the pre-program acknowledgment screen (Schedule A §A.7.5). You retain all rights under Article 22(3): express your point of view, contest, and request human review. The Tier 1 AI Review Request — a non-clinical framework-compliance check by YoLongevity non-medical staff — is included free of charge once every six months (Schedule A §A.7.3).
- Tier 2 — Transform and Tier 3 — Elite: the AI-generated protocol is reviewed and activated by a YoLongevity-engaged supervising physician (employed or engaged by YoLongevity Hungary Zrt., the Hungarian affiliate / joint controller — see §6.6). Ongoing interactions with the Wellness Coaching Personnel and the supervising physician are wellness-coaching and educational sessions only and do not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, prescription, or medical nutrition therapy. Precautionary Article 22(2)(c) consent is also captured at the pre-program acknowledgment screen (Schedule B §B.2.7 / Schedule C §C.2.5) for any narrow sub-decision that could be characterized as solely automated.
You retain the rights described in Section A.7 of Schedule A (request human review, express your point of view, contest the AI output) across all tiers.
3.6 Sharing your inputs with AI providers
By using the Services, you consent to YoLongevity processing your inputs through the third-party AI providers listed in our AI Transparency Notice. The AI architecture uses the following providers:
- Anthropic (Claude) — the foundation large-language model used directly for the personalized longevity-protocol generation pipeline (submitted through Anthropic's asynchronous batch-processing API), and for the YO Coach (longevity) and Readiness Coach (recovery and wellness) chat interfaces; and
- Google Gemini models accessed through the OpenRouter gateway (OpenRouter, Inc., United States) — used for the Trainer Coach (exercise and training) chat interface and for knowledge-base search support (translating and embedding your message text to search our curated knowledge base). OpenRouter sits in the request path as a processor for those workloads, bound by no-training terms.
We have configured these providers (including the OpenRouter gateway) to:
- not use your inputs to train their own foundation models or fine-tuned variants; and
- retain your inputs only for the minimum period required for service delivery and trust-and-safety review (precise retention windows are documented in the AI Transparency Notice §5.1, which controls).
3.7 No training on EU-user data; opt-out default for US users
We do not use your data to train YoLongevity's own AI models, except where you have explicitly opted in.
- EU/UK/Swiss users: opt-out by design. We do not use your data for training, period.
- US users: opt-out by default. You may opt in via account settings if you wish to contribute to model improvement.
You may withdraw your training opt-in at any time without affecting any other aspect of the Services.
3.8 AI output marking
AI-generated outputs in the YoLongevity interface are visually marked as AI-generated through a persistent badge or icon on each AI message, plus tier-specific labels described in Schedule C for physician-reviewed outputs. This satisfies our obligations under Article 50(2) of the EU AI Act.
3.9 Cross-reference to AI Transparency Notice
Detailed disclosures about our AI providers, retention windows, model evaluation, your rights, the EU AI Act risk classification of the Services, and how we govern AI development are set out in our standalone AI Transparency Notice at https://yolongevity.com/ai-notice.
4. Your responsibilities
Plain-language summary: For the Services to be safe and useful, we need accurate information from you, and we need you to use the Services as a wellness tool — not as a substitute for medical care. The points below are commitments you make to us when you use YoLongevity.
When you use YoLongevity, you commit to the following. Each item is a representation and warranty by you. A material breach of any of them is cause for termination of your account under Section 15.
You will:
- provide accurate, complete, and current self-reported health information;
- upload only your own lab results, verify them before upload, and warrant that you are authorized to use and share them;
- authorize wearable-data integrations only from devices that you own or that you are otherwise authorized to use;
- confirm your age at registration and at each renewal;
- consult your own physician before making material changes to medication, supplementation, or treatment regimens;
- treat YoLongevity's dietitians, physicians, and support staff with respect.
You will not:
- use the Services as a substitute for professional medical care;
- use the Services during a medical emergency — call 911 (US), 112 (EU), or 999 (UK) instead;
- use AI outputs or wellness recommendations to make clinical decisions about yourself or anyone else;
- represent the Services as a medical device, a clinical service, or a substitute for medical care;
- share account credentials or allow others to use your account;
- use the Services for any commercial purpose, including scraping, indexing, reverse engineering, or training another AI model;
- impersonate another person or misrepresent any affiliation; or
- use the Services in violation of any law or regulation that applies to you.
5. Account and subscription
Plain-language summary: You sign up with email and password. You confirm you are 18+ and accept these Terms. We charge automatically every period; we always remind you 7 days before each renewal; you can cancel at any time with one click and never see a "speak to a coach" gate. We provide a 30-day full-refund right to all users globally — for EU/UK/Swiss users this is provided in addition to the mandatory 14-day right of withdrawal under EU consumer law.
5.1 Account creation
To use the Services, you create an account with your email address and a password. We may require you to confirm your email and to set up multi-factor authentication (which we strongly recommend, and which is mandatory for Tier 2 and Tier 3 accounts).
Your account belongs to you alone. It is non-transferable. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account.
5.2 Subscription tiers
We offer three subscription tiers:
- Tier 1 — Life Coach — €199/month, ongoing recurring monthly subscription, cancel anytime. Self-guided, AI-led, no human review by YoLongevity-engaged personnel, unlimited duration. See Schedule A.
- Tier 2 — Transform — €349/month × 6 months (total €2,094 over the term). Six-month commitment from program-activation date. Physician-validated wellness coaching with dietitian support. See Schedule B.
- Tier 3 — Elite — €799/month × 12 months (total €9,588 over the term). Twelve-month commitment from program-activation date with a minimum 3-month commitment; after the minimum 3 months, cancellable monthly. Physician-led wellness coaching with dietitian support and advanced testing. See Schedule C.
Current pricing is published at https://yolongevity.com/pricing.
All three tiers are available throughout the United States and in the European Union, the United Kingdom, and Switzerland (subject to local consumer-law framing). YoLongevity's wellness positioning means we do not engage in the practice of medicine in any jurisdiction (see §11A).
5.3 Auto-renewal — clear and conspicuous disclosure
"Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of the current term, at the then-prevailing rate, unless you cancel before renewal."
We make this disclosure conspicuous at signup, on each receipt, and in your account settings, consistent with the California Auto-Renewal Law (Bus. & Prof. Code §17600 et seq.), the federal Restore Online Shoppers' Confidence Act (ROSCA), and applicable EU consumer-protection law.
We also send you:
- a reminder email seven (7) days before each renewal with the renewal date, the renewal amount, and a one-click link to cancel;
- an annual reminder for any subscription priced at US$200 or more per year (per California's Auto-Renewal Law).
You may disable auto-renewal at any time from your account settings, with no phone, email, or chat gauntlet.
5.4 Cancellation — one click, no friction
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current paid period.
We honor the principle: cancel where you signed up, in the channel where you signed up. There is no "speak to a coach" gate, no 48-hour cliff, no 30-day prior-notice requirement, and no late-night-deadline trickery. The cancel control is in your account settings; it is one click; we send you a confirmation email automatically.
You retain access to the Services through the end of your current paid period after cancellation, unless we terminate for cause under Section 15.2.
5.5 Refunds — 30-day worldwide + EU 14-day mandatory layer
"30-day full refund period. Within 30 days of your initial subscription, you may withdraw and receive a full refund of any amount paid, regardless of your country of residence and regardless of whether you have started using the Services. This 30-day right applies to all tiers (Life Coach, Transform, Elite). For users in the European Union, European Economic Area, United Kingdom, or Switzerland, this 30-day commitment is provided by YoLongevity, Inc. as a contractual extension of, and in addition to, the mandatory 14-day right of withdrawal under the EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU."
Tier-specific application:
- Tier 1 — Life Coach. If you withdraw within 30 days of your initial subscription, you receive a full refund of any amount paid; your subscription is terminated.
- Tier 2 — Transform. If you withdraw within 30 days of your initial subscription, you receive a full refund of all amounts paid (typically the €349 first month) and you are NOT bound to the remaining 5 months of the 6-month term.
- Tier 3 — Elite. If you withdraw within 30 days of your initial subscription, you receive a full refund of all amounts paid and you are NOT bound to the 12-month term or to the 3-month minimum commitment.
Distinction from EU 14-day:
- The EU 14-day cooling-off right under Article 9 of the Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU is a separate, mandatory consumer right that applies to EU/EEA/UK/Swiss users. We honor it as a separate, mandatory layer.
- The 30-day refund is a YoLongevity-extended contractual commitment that applies in addition to (and overlaps with) the EU 14-day for EU users.
- For non-EU users, the 30-day is the primary withdrawal right.
No waiver via immediate-provision consent. YoLongevity does not take advantage of the immediate-provision waiver under Article 16(m) of the Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU. Users retain the full 14-day EU mandatory + 30-day YoLongevity-extended right regardless of whether services have begun.
Refund mechanics. We refund withdrawals to the original payment method within fourteen (14) days of receipt of your withdrawal notice for EU/EEA/UK/Swiss users (per the Directive), and within thirty (30) days for users elsewhere. Send withdrawals to support@yolongevity.com with subject line "Withdrawal" and your account email; or use the in-account "Cancel and refund" control. We do not condition refunds on social-media posts, surveys, or other rituals.
5.6 Failed payments
If a scheduled charge fails:
- we retry on a small number of occasions over a seven (7)-day grace period;
- during the grace period, your access to the Services degrades to limited mode;
- if payment is not received within thirty (30) days, we terminate the subscription.
5.7 Tier upgrades and downgrades
You may upgrade between tiers at any time (subject to the upgrade-from-Tier-1 onboarding mechanics in Schedule B / Schedule C). Upgrades take effect immediately with a prorated charge; you re-accept these Terms with the new Schedule.
You may downgrade to a lower tier from your account settings; the downgrade takes effect at the end of your committed term (Tier 2 — Transform, after the 6-month commitment) or after the 3-month minimum (Tier 3 — Elite). Downgrades from Tier 3 to a lower tier follow the orderly-handoff mechanics in Schedule C §C.12; a Tier 2 downgrade takes effect at the end of the 6-month commitment with the same orderly-handoff care applied to any open dietitian or physician threads.
5.8 Free trials
Where we offer a free trial, we disclose the duration, the post-trial price, and the conversion date conspicuously at signup. You may cancel at any time during the trial without charge. For EU/UK/Swiss users, conversion from a free trial to a paid subscription requires your explicit consent and is preceded by a reminder email.
5.9 Tax and VAT
Prices may be exclusive or inclusive of applicable tax depending on your jurisdiction; the prevailing convention is shown at the point of purchase. EU users are charged the applicable Member State VAT under the EU VAT One-Stop-Shop scheme. All invoices are issued by YoLongevity, Inc. (Delaware, USA), regardless of the user's country of residence.
6. External partner clinics
Plain-language summary: When something falls outside our wellness scope (for example, you need a prescription, a diagnosis, or a clinical evaluation), we refer you to an independent partner clinic. The partner clinic is not us. The partner clinic provides any actual medical care; the partner clinic carries malpractice insurance for that care; the partner clinic answers for that care. Our role is referral facilitation only.
6.1 Independence of partner clinics
Partner clinics are independent legal entities. They are accessible to you through referral facilitation by YoLongevity, but they are not employees, agents, or subsidiaries of YoLongevity. Any medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or prescription you receive from a partner clinic comes from that clinic alone.
YoLongevity assumes no clinical responsibility for the actions of partner clinics. Partner clinics carry their own malpractice insurance and bear their own clinical liability.
6.2 How a referral happens
A referral may be initiated by:
- the AI system, when wellness-baseline deviations exceed our wellness scope;
- a dietitian (Tier 2 and Tier 3); or
- a supervising physician (Tier 2 and Tier 3) when the matter is outside YoLongevity's wellness scope.
You choose the partner clinic from a curated list of vetted partners. We help with scheduling and data-sharing logistics. Each referral requires your separate, specific, per-referral consent captured through the Partner-Clinic Referral Notice companion form.
6.3 Data sharing with partner clinics
We share your data with a partner clinic only on the basis of your explicit, specific, documented consent. We share only the minimum necessary to support the referral, and we transfer it through secure, encrypted channels. You may withdraw consent and request deletion at any time. The detail is in our Privacy Policy and our Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy.
6.4 Outcome feedback (optional)
With your consent, the partner clinic may share outcome information back to YoLongevity so that we can adjust your wellness protocol. You can decline this loop without affecting your access to the partner clinic.
6.5 Doctor-employment structure
YoLongevity structures its clinical workforce as follows:
- Physicians and the Wellness Coaching Personnel who interact with you on the YoLongevity platform are employed or engaged by YoLongevity Hungary Zrt. (not by YoLongevity, Inc.) under a detailed scope-of-practice contract that limits their role on the platform to wellness coaching and educational discussion. They exercise their professional judgment independently, and no doctor-patient or dietitian–client treatment relationship is created with you.
- Anyone who prescribes, performs diagnostics, or undertakes any clinical intervention is doing so as an employee or contractor of an external partner clinic, not of YoLongevity.
This structural firewall is the single most important risk-allocation feature of the Services, and it is the basis for many other clauses in these Terms.
6.6 YoLongevity Hungary Zrt. — Hungarian affiliate, joint controller, and the entity that engages the medical staff and Wellness Coaching Personnel
"YoLongevity Hungary Zrt., a Hungarian affiliate of YoLongevity, Inc., holds exclusive commercial rights for Hungary and employs or engages the medical staff and the Wellness Coaching Personnel (including the Chief Medical Officer, the supervising physician team, and the degreed dietitians — each a degreed nutrition professional — who serve as the primary human point of contact for wellness coaching, together with any other suitably qualified personnel engaged for that purpose under the oversight of the supervising physician team) who provide Tier 2 Transform and Tier 3 Elite wellness coaching services to YoLongevity users globally. Their wellness coaching activities are conducted within YoLongevity's wellness positioning regardless of which entity formally engages them. All invoicing and contracting with users is performed by YoLongevity, Inc. globally. YoLongevity Hungary Zrt. is not a contracting party with users."
Corporate identity: YoLongevity Hungary Zártkörűen Működő Részvénytársaság; short name YoLongevity Hungary Zrt.; Cégjegyzékszám 01-10-140516; EUID HUOCCSZ.01-10-140516; Adószám 27093708-2-41; EU VAT HU27093708; original incorporation 2019-10-24 (originally MEDICAL HOLDING Zrt., renamed 2026-04-14); registered office (székhely) 1025 Budapest, Nagybányai út 44., Hungary.
Joint controllership. For the personal data processed by these staff during wellness-coaching interactions, YoLongevity, Inc. and YoLongevity Hungary Zrt. act as joint controllers under Article 26 of the GDPR. The essence of the Article 26 arrangement is summarized in our Privacy Policy §1 and §9.1.1.
Not a healthcare facility. Nagybányai 44 is the registered office of YoLongevity Hungary Zrt. only — there is no in-person service delivery there. All Tier 2 / Tier 3 wellness-coaching interactions are delivered remotely via the YoLongevity platform (video, audio, secure messaging).
6.7 Wellness positioning under state and national law
YoLongevity operates as a wellness and lifestyle-optimization service, not a medical service, in every jurisdiction. Physician and dietitian interactions (and interactions with any other Wellness Coaching Personnel) are wellness-coaching and educational sessions only, framed by mandatory verbatim disclaimers at every touchpoint (Schedule B §B.2; Schedule C §C.2). They do not constitute the practice of medicine, the practice of dietetics, or medical nutrition therapy in any US state or in any other jurisdiction. No doctor-patient relationship is created. No diagnosis, prescription, or treatment is provided. State telemedicine licensure laws apply to the practice of medicine, not to wellness coaching, and therefore are not implicated by YoLongevity services. See §11A for the geographic-availability framing.
If a user requires medical care, they are responsible for engaging their own qualified healthcare professional or accepting a YoLongevity referral to an external partner clinic that operates independently (§6).
6.8 Physician and dietitian credentialing
For each physician and dietitian (and any other member of the Wellness Coaching Personnel) who interacts with users through Tier 2 or Tier 3, YoLongevity verifies and maintains a credentialing log including:
- license status and license or registration number in the professional's jurisdiction of licensure, verified against the relevant public registries, with renewal-date tracking;
- board certification or equivalent specialty qualification, where applicable;
- DEA registration where relevant (only at the partner-clinic level, for prescribing);
- malpractice-insurance evidence where the physician is engaged through a partner clinic;
- absence of professional-board sanctions in the jurisdiction of licensure, verified against public registries and refreshed periodically.
For Tier 3 the credentialing review is heightened: in addition to the above, Tier 3 network physicians have specialty experience relevant to longevity or preventive medicine, complete YoLongevity framework training, and are subject to ongoing audit.
6.9 Vicarious-liability allocation
We separate the wellness-scope acts of a physician or dietitian acting on the YoLongevity platform from the clinical activities the same individual may perform at a partner clinic.
- Wellness-scope acts (educational discussion, wellness coaching, AI-output review within wellness scope, framework-aligned protocol guidance) are within YoLongevity's vicarious-liability perimeter, subject to the limitations and carve-outs in Section 13.
- Clinical activities at the partner clinic (diagnosis, prescription, clinical evaluation, procedural intervention) are outside YoLongevity's vicarious-liability perimeter; they are governed by the partner clinic's own malpractice insurance and clinical-liability arrangements.
The structural separation is documented in each network physician's scope-of-practice contract and in the YoLongevity Hungary Zrt. employment / engagement framework (§6.6).
6.10 User acknowledgment — wellness coaching only
"You acknowledge that physician and dietitian interactions (and interactions with any other Wellness Coaching Personnel) provided by or on behalf of YoLongevity are wellness coaching and educational sessions only and do NOT constitute the practice of medicine, the practice of dietetics, or medical nutrition therapy in any jurisdiction. You acknowledge that no diagnosis, prescription, or treatment is provided by YoLongevity or its engaged physicians and Wellness Coaching Personnel, and that no doctor-patient relationship is created. If you require medical care, you are responsible for engaging your own qualified healthcare professional or accepting a YoLongevity referral to an external partner clinic that operates independently."
This acknowledgment is reinforced in the pre-program acknowledgment screens at Schedule A §A.7.5, Schedule B §B.2.7, and Schedule C §C.2.5, and in the verbatim wellness disclaimers repeated at every Tier 2 / Tier 3 dietitian and physician touchpoint (Schedule B §B.2; Schedule C §C.2.4). Each such disclaimer is logged with timestamp and interaction ID for record-keeping.
7. Moleqlar partnership
Plain-language summary: Moleqlar is an independent partner that supplies our BioAge tests, NAD test, and longevity supplements. Their tests and products are governed by their own terms. We don't warrant Moleqlar's quality or efficacy. We treat Moleqlar's BioAge and methylation results as genetic data and protect them carefully.
7.1 Moleqlar tests and supplements
MoleQlar (the "Moleqlar Partner") is an independent third party. Tests and supplements purchased from Moleqlar are subject to Moleqlar's own terms and conditions, available at Moleqlar's website.
YoLongevity does not warrant the quality, accuracy, or efficacy of Moleqlar tests or products. The Moleqlar BioAge Essential, BioAge Premium, and Intracellular NAD test results referenced in your Schedule are generated by the Moleqlar laboratory and delivered to YoLongevity through an API integration with your explicit consent.
7.2 No medical-grade supplementation
YoLongevity does not recommend or supply medical-grade supplementation. All supplement recommendations in the Services are wellness-based and within commonly available consumer-grade formulations. For medical-grade supplementation, consult a licensed physician.
7.3 Genetic data — GDPR and GINA
Moleqlar's BioAge tests use methylation and proteomic markers. We treat such data as "genetic data" under Article 4(13) of the GDPR and as "genetic information" under the United States Genetic Information Nondiscrimination Act (GINA) and applicable state law. We commit:
- not to provide your genetic data to your employer or insurer;
- not to use your genetic data in any decision affecting your eligibility for the Services or any pricing.
This commitment binds us regardless of any future change in applicable law.
8. Wearable device integrations
Plain-language summary: You can connect Oura, WHOOP, Garmin, Polar, Apple Health, Android Health Connect, Withings, and similar devices. Each connection is voluntary and revocable. The device manufacturer's own terms apply at the device level. Apple-, Google-, and Samsung-sourced data is never used for advertising or marketing.
8.1 Authorization
You may authorize integration of consumer wearables and health platforms (including Oura, WHOOP, Garmin, Polar, Apple Health, Android Health Connect, and Withings) with the Services through OAuth or device API. Each integration is opt-in and may be revoked at any time from your account settings. Per-device authorization is captured in the Wearable-Integration Authorisation companion form.
8.2 Manufacturer terms apply upstream
Each device manufacturer's privacy policy and terms govern the data flow at the device level. YoLongevity processes the data we receive in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
8.3 HealthKit / Health Connect / Samsung Health ring-fence
"Information you choose to send to YoLongevity from Apple HealthKit, Google Health Connect, or Samsung Health is not used by YoLongevity for marketing or advertising purposes, and is not transferred or sold to third parties for their marketing or advertising purposes."
8.4 Data accuracy
Wearable data is consumer-grade and may contain errors or gaps. YoLongevity is not responsible for inaccuracies in wearable data. You should consult your own physician for any clinical decision; you should not rely on wearable data alone.
9. Lab uploads and external lab data
Plain-language summary: When you upload lab results, you confirm they are yours and you are authorized to upload them. We don't run a lab. We don't order tests for you. Lab data you upload is not an electronic health record.
9.1 Your warranties when you upload labs
When you upload lab results, you warrant that:
- the results are your own;
- you are authorized to upload them and have YoLongevity process them;
- to your knowledge, the results are accurate as recorded.
9.2 Lab providers
External laboratories (such as Synlab and others) are independent third parties. Their privacy policies and terms govern the lab work upstream. YoLongevity processes the uploaded results to generate or adjust your protocol in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
9.3 No electronic health record
"At no time shall any data you provide to YoLongevity — including biomarker results, wearable data, lab uploads, or self-reported health information — be deemed to be an electronic health record or electronic medical record."
9.4 Lab review may surface unexpected information
You acknowledge that reviewing your lab results, AI-generated insights, or biomarker analyses may surface information that you find distressing or surprising. You should be prepared to discuss results with your own physician. YoLongevity's dietitians and physicians (Tier 2 and Tier 3) can provide educational context within wellness boundaries; they cannot provide clinical interpretation.
10. Intellectual property
Plain-language summary: We own our platform, our AI models, our content, and our brand. You own the data you submit; you grant us a limited license to process it so we can run the Service. We may use de-identified, aggregated data to improve the Service.
10.1 Our property
The platform, software, AI models, content, knowledge base, and brand marks (including YoLongevity, YODiet, YOSleep, YOMove, YOStress, and YOMind) are owned by YoLongevity or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, patent, trade-secret, and other laws. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to use the Services for personal, non-commercial wellness purposes consistent with these Terms.
10.2 Your content
You retain ownership of the data you submit to YoLongevity: lab results, photos, journal entries, self-reported information, and other content. You grant YoLongevity a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, process, and display that content solely for the purpose of delivering the Services to you. The license terminates when your account is deleted, subject to retention obligations described in our Privacy Policy.
We do not claim a perpetual or commercial license over your content. Where these Terms grant any license that could be read more broadly, the broader reading is excluded.
10.3 Aggregated and de-identified data
We may use aggregated and de-identified data — that is, data from which you cannot reasonably be re-identified, consistent with Recital 26 of the GDPR — for service improvement, scientific publications, and marketing claims. We do not re-identify aggregated data, and we contractually bind any third party that receives aggregated data not to do so.
10.4 Feedback
"YoLongevity is free to use, without any attribution or compensation to any party, any ideas, know-how, concepts, techniques, or other intellectual property rights contained in any feedback you provide."
10.5 Reviews and testimonials
You may opt in to share testimonials. We may use submitted testimonials with credit attribution under your consent.
10.6 Framework knowledge base — public-domain sources only
Plain-language summary: Our AI's knowledge base is built only from publicly available material — open scholarly publications, freely accessible podcasts and lectures, public interviews, and similar — by named longevity researchers. We do not use any paywalled, copyrighted, or restricted material. If anyone believes their material has been ingested in violation of this rule, we investigate within ten business days and remove it if the claim holds up.
10.6.1 Sources
The YoLongevity framework knowledge base — the curated reference library that the AI retrieves from when generating your personalized longevity protocol — is built from publicly available scholarly publications, podcasts, video interviews, lectures, conference recordings, and other public-domain or openly distributed materials by the following internationally recognized longevity researchers and clinicians:
David Sinclair · Peter Attia · Andrew Huberman · Rhonda Patrick · Valter Longo Matt Kaeberlein · Nir Barzilai · Mark Hyman · Sara Gottfried · Jason Fung Michael Greger · Ben Greenfield · Eric Verdin · Peter Diamandis · Aubrey de Grey
YoLongevity reserves the right to update this knowledge base on a continuous basis as new public-domain or openly distributed material from these or additional researchers becomes available, and to expand the list of named researchers from time to time.
10.6.2 Copyright shield — positive declaration
YoLongevity does NOT use, ingest, train on, embed, or otherwise process any copyrighted, proprietary, paywalled, or non-publicly-available material from any of the named researchers or any third party. The framework knowledge base relies exclusively on materials that are lawfully available in the public domain or under publicly accessible distribution channels (for example, open-access scholarly journals, freely available podcasts and video lectures, public interviews, public conference recordings, and openly published books to the extent permitted by fair use). Any content that requires payment, paid subscription, login, license, or that is otherwise marked as restricted is excluded from the knowledge base. If any researcher or rights-holder believes that material attributable to them has been ingested in violation of this rule, YoLongevity will investigate within ten (10) business days of receiving a notice at
legal@yolongevity.comand will remove the material if the claim is substantiated.
10.6.3 Notice and takedown channel
To send a copyright concern relating to the framework knowledge base, write to legal@yolongevity.com with the subject line "Framework Knowledge Base — Takedown Request" and identify (a) the work or material allegedly used, (b) the rights-holder asserting the claim, and (c) the public-domain or restricted status of the material. We will acknowledge receipt within five (5) business days, complete our investigation within ten (10) business days, and either confirm removal or explain in writing why the material is treated as public-domain or fair-use compatible.
11. Prohibited uses
Plain-language summary: Do not use YoLongevity to do anything illegal, abusive, or that breaks the wellness-scope architecture. The list below is a non-exhaustive enumeration of things that will get your account terminated.
You agree not to:
- use the Services for any commercial purpose, including resale, training competitor AI, or operating a competing service;
- scrape, index, crawl, or otherwise extract data from the Services automatically;
- reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract or replicate our AI models;
- share your account credentials or allow another person to use your account;
- impersonate YoLongevity personnel;
- use AI outputs or wellness recommendations to make clinical decisions about yourself or anyone else;
- use the Services during a medical emergency (call 911 / 112 / 999 instead);
- send abusive, harassing, or threatening communications to dietitian, physician, or support staff;
- upload malware or other harmful content;
- circumvent security or rate-limit measures;
- use the Services in violation of sanctions, export controls, or other applicable laws.
A material breach of this Section 11 is cause for immediate termination of your account without a refund.
11A. Geographic availability — all US states (wellness positioning)
Plain-language summary: Tier 2 Transform and Tier 3 Elite are available throughout the United States. Our wellness positioning means we are not practicing medicine in any state, so state telemedicine licensure does not apply. We reserve the right to modify availability if regulatory landscape changes.
Geographic availability of services in the United States:
- Tier 1 — Life Coach: available in all US states and territories.
- Tier 2 — Transform: available in all US states and territories.
- Tier 3 — Elite: available in all US states and territories.
Wellness positioning under state telemedicine law. YoLongevity is a wellness and lifestyle-optimization service, not a medical service. Physician and dietitian interactions (and interactions with any other Wellness Coaching Personnel) within YoLongevity are wellness-coaching and educational sessions only, framed by mandatory verbatim disclaimers at every interaction (Schedule B §B.2; Schedule C §C.2.4). They do not constitute the practice of medicine, the practice of dietetics, or medical nutrition therapy in any US state. No doctor-patient relationship is created. No diagnosis, prescription, or treatment is provided. State telemedicine licensure laws apply to the practice of medicine, not to wellness coaching, and therefore are not implicated by YoLongevity services.
Right to modify availability. YoLongevity reserves the right to modify the geographic availability of any tier in any US state or territory in its sole discretion, including in response to regulatory changes, enforcement signals, or operational considerations. Material changes to availability will be notified to affected users at least thirty (30) days in advance, with prorated refunds for users whose tier becomes unavailable.
11A.1 EU, UK, Switzerland availability
Tier 1 — Life Coach, Tier 2 — Transform, and Tier 3 — Elite are available in the European Union, the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, and Switzerland. The wellness positioning applies symmetrically: the Tier 2 / Tier 3 supervising physician (employed or engaged by YoLongevity Hungary Zrt. — see §6.6) and dietitian interactions are wellness-coaching and educational sessions only, with mandatory verbatim disclaimers logged at every interaction. They do not constitute the practice of medicine, the practice of dietetics, or medical nutrition therapy in any EU/EEA Member State, the UK, or Switzerland. EU consumer-protection law applies in full and is not waived (see §17 and the 30-day refund / EU 14-day cooling-off in §5.5).
11A.2 User acknowledgment — wellness coaching only
"You acknowledge that physician and dietitian interactions (and interactions with any other Wellness Coaching Personnel) provided by or on behalf of YoLongevity are wellness coaching and educational sessions only and do NOT constitute the practice of medicine, the practice of dietetics, or medical nutrition therapy in any jurisdiction.
This acknowledgment is captured at the pre-program acknowledgment screen (Schedule A §A.7.5; Schedule B §B.2.7; Schedule C §C.2.5) and reinforced in the verbatim wellness disclaimers repeated at every Tier 2 / Tier 3 dietitian and physician touchpoint.
12. Disclaimers of warranties
Plain-language summary: We provide the Services "as is" without warranties to the maximum extent the law allows. We do not promise any medical outcome, longevity outcome, or any specific result. Where consumer-protection law gives you mandatory protections, those protections still apply.
12.1 AS-IS
"THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED 'AS IS' AND 'AS AVAILABLE' WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR ACCURACY OF INFORMATION."
12.2 No medical-outcome warranty
YoLongevity makes no warranty that the Services will improve your health, your biological age, your longevity, or any other outcome. Individual results vary based on adherence, genetics, environment, and many factors outside our control.
12.3 Third-party services
Third-party services accessed through YoLongevity — including wearable platforms, laboratories, partner clinics, the Moleqlar Partner, and AI providers — are not warranted by YoLongevity. Use of those services is subject to their own terms.
12.4 Consumer-protection carve-out
Nothing in this Section 12 limits or excludes any warranty implied by law that cannot be lawfully limited or excluded under applicable consumer-protection law, including the EU Unfair Terms Directive 93/13/EEC, the EU Consumer Sales Directive, and the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015.
13. Limitation of liability
Plain-language summary: Our liability is capped at the greater of (a) what you paid us in the past 12 months, (b) US$500 / €500, or (c) any statutory damages prescribed by law. We do not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, gross negligence, willful misconduct, or anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded under EU, UK, or US consumer-protection or product-liability law. Claims must be brought within one year.
13.1 Three-leg cap
"TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, YoLongevity WILL NOT BE LIABLE TO YOU FOR MORE THAN THE GREATER OF (a) THE TOTAL AMOUNT PAID TO YoLongevity BY YOU DURING THE TWELVE-MONTH PERIOD PRIOR TO THE ACT, OMISSION, OR OCCURRENCE GIVING RISE TO SUCH LIABILITY; (b) FIVE HUNDRED UNITED STATES DOLLARS (US$500) OR FIVE HUNDRED EUROS (€500), WHICHEVER IS APPLICABLE TO YOUR USER ACCOUNT; OR (c) THE STATUTORY DAMAGES PRESCRIBED BY A STATUTE UNDER WHICH SUCH CLAIM ARISES."
13.2 Exclusions of indirect damages
"YoLongevity WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES (INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, LOSS OF DATA, OR LOSS OF GOODWILL) ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICES, EVEN IF YoLongevity HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES."
13.3 Carve-outs (mandatory)
Nothing in this Section 13 limits or excludes liability for:
(a) death or personal injury caused by YoLongevity's negligence;
(b) fraud, gross negligence, or willful misconduct;
(c) anything that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable consumer-protection law (including EU, UK, and Swiss consumer protection law);
(d) YoLongevity's indemnification obligations under these Terms, where applicable;
(e) Washington Consumer Protection Act and Washington My Health My Data Act private-right-of-action claims, to the extent those statutes do not permit the liability limitations in this Section;
(f) California, Massachusetts, New Jersey, and other state consumer-protection statutory rights;
(g) EU Product Liability Directive 2024/2853 — to the extent the Services constitute a "product" within Article 4 of that Directive (including software and AI), you retain all non-waivable rights under the Directive as transposed in your Member State; nothing in this Section limits or excludes those rights.
13.4 Statute of limitations
Any claim arising out of or relating to your use of the Services or these Terms must be brought within one (1) year of the date the claim accrued, or be forever barred — except where applicable mandatory law requires a longer period.
13.5 Allocation
This Limitation of Liability is a fundamental basis of the bargain between you and YoLongevity. The Services would not be offered to you on these economic terms without these limitations.
14. Indemnification
Plain-language summary: If your misuse of the Services causes a third-party claim against us, you reimburse us for that claim's reasonable costs. Where consumer-protection law limits this kind of clause for consumers, we honor that.
You will indemnify, defend, and hold harmless YoLongevity, its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates from and against any claim, loss, damage, or expense (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of:
(a) your breach of these Terms;
(b) your misuse of the Services;
(c) your violation of applicable law;
(d) your infringement of a third party's intellectual-property or other rights;
(e) any content you submit; or
(f) any third-party claim arising from your use of the Services.
EU/UK/Swiss carve-out. Where applicable consumer-protection law (including under German law) limits or precludes broad consumer-indemnification clauses, this Section 14 is enforceable only to the extent permitted by that law. We do not invoke this Section against EU/UK/Swiss consumers in matters where consumer-protection law does not allow it.
15. Termination
Plain-language summary: You can cancel any time (Section 5.4). We can terminate your account for cause (material breach, non-payment, fraud, abuse). We can also terminate without cause with notice; if we do, we refund unused pre-paid months. After termination you can export your data for 30 days.
15.1 Termination by you
You may cancel your subscription at any time per Section 5.4. You may request deletion of your account by writing to privacy@yolongevity.com (or from your account settings); we delete the account within thirty (30) days, subject to retention obligations under our Privacy Policy and Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy.
15.2 Termination by YoLongevity
We may terminate your subscription for cause with immediate effect:
- material breach of these Terms by you;
- non-payment after the grace period (Section 5.6);
- fraud, abusive conduct, or threats to staff;
- use in violation of applicable law;
- risk to platform integrity or security.
We may terminate without cause:
- with thirty (30) days' notice for Tier 1 accounts; or
- with sixty (60) days' notice for Tier 2 or Tier 3 accounts mid-program. Where we terminate without cause, we issue a pro-rata refund for the unused portion of any pre-paid term to your original payment method.
15.3 Effect of termination
On termination:
- access to the Services ceases at the end of your paid period (or immediately for cause);
- you may export your data for thirty (30) days by writing to
privacy@yolongevity.com; - data retention follows our Privacy Policy and our Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy;
- the following provisions survive termination: Sections 10 (Intellectual property), 12 (Disclaimers), 13 (Limitation of liability), 14 (Indemnification), 16 and 17 (Dispute resolution), and 20 (General provisions).
15.4 Data export
You may export the data you have submitted, and the AI-generated protocols associated with your account, by writing to privacy@yolongevity.com. Where feasible, we provide the export in a machine-readable format (JSON or CSV). Export is available for thirty (30) days post-termination; thereafter the Privacy Policy retention rules apply.
16. Dispute resolution — US users (mandatory arbitration with 30-day opt-out)
Plain-language summary: This Section applies only to US users. EU/UK/Swiss consumers have a different regime in Section 17. If you are a US user, you and we agree that disputes go to binding individual arbitration (administered by NAM) — unless you opt out within 30 days of accepting these Terms. Class actions and jury trials are waived. Mass-arbitration filings follow a staged-bellwether process. We pay your filing fee on small claims and we guarantee a $1,000 minimum award if you prevail.
16.1 Pre-arbitration negotiation
Before filing for arbitration, you must contact us at legal@yolongevity.com with a description of the dispute and the resolution you seek. We will respond in good faith within thirty (30) days. If the dispute is not resolved within that period, either party may proceed to arbitration.
16.2 Binding individual arbitration — administered by NAM
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services that is not resolved through pre-arbitration negotiation shall be finally resolved by binding individual arbitration administered by National Arbitration and Mediation (NAM) under its consumer arbitration rules current at the time of filing. The Federal Arbitration Act (9 U.S.C. § 1 et seq.) governs. Hearings shall take place in your state of residence or via video conference at your election. The arbitrator's decision is binding, with the limited judicial review provided under the Federal Arbitration Act.
16.3 30-day arbitration opt-out
"Within thirty (30) days of first accepting these Terms, you may opt out of arbitration by sending written notice to
legal@yolongevity.comwith subject line 'Arbitration Opt-Out' and your name, account email, and account ID. Opt-out is one-time, irrevocable, and applies to all your past and future disputes with YoLongevity."
16.4 Class action and class arbitration waiver
"YOU AND YoLongevity EACH AGREE THAT ANY DISPUTE WILL BE BROUGHT ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS ONLY AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS, COLLECTIVE, OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING, INCLUDING PRIVATE-ATTORNEY-GENERAL ACTIONS — except where the Washington Consumer Protection Act, the California Consumer Privacy Act, the Massachusetts or New Jersey consumer-protection regime, or any other state consumer-protection regime confers a non-waivable individual or representative right."
16.5 Mass arbitration — staged bellwether process
If twenty-five (25) or more similar arbitration demands are filed against YoLongevity within any sixty (60)-day window (the "Mass Filing Threshold"), the parties agree to the following staged bellwether process:
- Stage One. Each side selects twenty-five (25) representative claims (fifty (50) in total) for individual bellwether arbitration.
- Stage Two. After Stage One concludes, if disputes persist, each side selects fifty (50) additional representative claims (one hundred (100) in total) for individual arbitration.
- Global mediation. After Stage Two, the parties and a mutually selected retired-judge mediator attempt global resolution of all remaining and prospective claims.
- Opt-back-to-court election. After mediation, either party may elect to remove all then-remaining claims to court for individual adjudication. The class waiver in Section 16.4 remains in force.
16.6 Quality-screen incentives
To encourage good-faith claims and deter frivolous filings, we commit:
- Filing fee reimbursement. YoLongevity will reimburse the user's NAM filing fee for any individual arbitration in which the user's claim is for less than US$2,000.
- $1,000 minimum award. If the user prevails on the merits in an individual arbitration, YoLongevity will pay a minimum award of US$1,000 to the user, regardless of actual damages.
16.7 Jury trial waiver
"YOU AND YoLongevity EACH IRREVOCABLY WAIVE THE RIGHT TO A TRIAL BY JURY FOR ANY DISPUTE."
16.8 Carve-outs from arbitration
The following are not subject to arbitration:
- claims that may be heard in small-claims court that fall under the small-claims jurisdictional threshold;
- claims for injunctive or other equitable relief in connection with intellectual-property enforcement;
- complaints to a privacy or data-protection regulator or to any other regulatory authority that does not require private arbitration;
- private-right-of-action claims under the Washington My Health My Data Act, where Washington law preserves them;
- complaints to a state medical board, state dietetic / nutrition licensing board, or state Department of Health concerning a YoLongevity-network physician's or dietitian's conduct under their professional license. These complaints are non-arbitrable and are preserved without limit; nothing in Section 13 (Limitation of liability) or this Section 16 affects this right.
16.9 Governing law (US users)
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles, except where federal law preempts (including under the Federal Arbitration Act) or where mandatory state consumer-protection law applies.
16.10 Venue (US users, non-arbitration matters)
Any non-arbitration matter — including any matter expressly carved out from arbitration above — shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, except where carved-out matters lie naturally in other fora (for example, state-board complaints to the relevant state board, or small-claims matters in your local small-claims court).
17. Dispute resolution — EU, UK, and Swiss users
Plain-language summary: If you are a consumer in the EU, UK, Switzerland, or another jurisdiction with non-excludable consumer rights, the arbitration regime in Section 16 does NOT apply to you. You can sue in your own country's courts. The mandatory consumer-protection law of your country of residence applies. Hungarian law fills in for matters not covered by mandatory consumer-protection law. You may also use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform.
17.1 EU/UK/Swiss consumer rights are non-excludable
"If you are a consumer in the European Union, the United Kingdom, Switzerland, or another jurisdiction whose consumer-protection law confers non-excludable rights, the arbitration agreement in Section 16 does NOT apply to you. You retain all consumer-protection rights conferred by the law of your country of residence."
17.2 Governing law (EU, UK, Swiss users)
Subject to mandatory consumer-protection law of your country of residence (Article 6 of Regulation (EC) No 593/2008 — Rome I), these Terms are governed by the laws of Hungary as suppletory law for matters not covered by the mandatory consumer-protection regime of your country of residence. This choice does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory rules of the law of your country of residence under Rome I Article 6(2).
17.3 Jurisdiction — Brussels Ia (your country's courts)
You may bring proceedings in the courts of your country of residence under Regulation (EU) 1215/2012 (the "Brussels Ia Regulation"). YoLongevity may bring proceedings against you only in the courts of your country of residence.
17.4 Consumer alternative dispute resolution
The European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform was discontinued on 20 July 2025 (Regulation (EU) 2024/3228). EU/EEA consumers may instead turn to the national consumer alternative-dispute-resolution (ADR) bodies of their Member State — a directory is available through the European Commission's consumer-redress pages — or to their national consumer-protection authority. We are not legally obliged to participate in ADR for the resolution of consumer disputes, but we acknowledge your right to use these bodies. Our contact email for dispute-resolution purposes is legal@yolongevity.com.
17.5 Pre-litigation negotiation
We encourage (but do not require) a thirty (30)-day good-faith negotiation period before any litigation, to be initiated by emailing legal@yolongevity.com. This period is non-binding and does not affect any limitation period.
17.6 No class waiver in the EU
Nothing in these Terms waives your right to participate in a representative action under Directive (EU) 2020/1828 (the EU Representative Actions Directive) as transposed in your Member State.
18. Force majeure
Neither party is liable for any failure or delay in performance to the extent caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, pandemics, war, civil unrest, government action, internet outages, or third-party service failures (cloud provider, payment processor, AI provider, and similar). The affected party shall promptly notify the other and shall use reasonable efforts to mitigate.
19. Changes to these Terms
Plain-language summary: We can update these Terms. Material changes take effect 30 days after notice, sent by email and shown in-app. EU users get an explicit re-consent prompt for material changes. Prior versions are available on request.
- Material changes. We give you at least thirty (30) days' advance notice by email and through an in-app banner. For users in the EU, UK, Switzerland, or another jurisdiction whose law requires it, we obtain your explicit re-consent to the material change before it takes effect for you.
- Non-material changes. Take effect on posting; the "Last updated" date at the top of these Terms is refreshed.
- Continued use. Your continued use of the Services after the effective date of any non-material change constitutes your acceptance of that change.
- Version history. The version number and effective date always appear at the top of these Terms; prior versions and a summary of changes are available on request at
legal@yolongevity.com. If you accepted an earlier version, you can re-view the exact version you accepted in your account.
20. General provisions
- Severability. If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, the remainder survives. The unenforceable provision is modified to the closest enforceable equivalent that preserves the parties' intent.
- Assignment. We may assign these Terms or any of our rights or obligations under them to an affiliate or in connection with a merger, acquisition, or restructuring, on notice to you. You may not assign without our prior written consent.
- Notices. Notices to YoLongevity shall be sent to
legal@yolongevity.comor to our postal addresses: Delaware (registered office) — YoLongevity, Inc., 131 Continental Dr, Suite 305, Newark, DE 19713, USA; or Hungary (principal executive office) — YoLongevity, Inc., Kertvárosi krt 22, C building, 6/2, 1237 Budapest, Hungary. Notices to you are effective when sent to the email address registered to your account. - Waiver. No waiver of any right is effective unless in writing. Our failure to enforce any right is not a waiver.
- Entire agreement. These Terms (together with the Schedules and the companion documents incorporated by reference) constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Services and supersede prior agreements.
- Headings. Headings are for convenience only and have no interpretive effect.
- Language. The English version of these Terms controls. Any translation is provided for convenience only.
- No third-party beneficiaries. No person or entity other than the parties is intended to be a beneficiary of these Terms, except for the indemnified parties under Section 14.
- No partnership or agency. These Terms do not create a partnership, joint venture, or agency relationship between you and YoLongevity.

PART II — SCHEDULE A: TIER 1 — LIFE COACH
This Schedule applies if you are a Tier 1 — Life Coach subscriber. The Master Terms in Part I apply in addition to this Schedule. Where this Schedule conflicts with the Master Terms, this Schedule controls for Tier 1 matters only.
A.1 What Tier 1 — Life Coach is
Plain-language summary: Life Coach is a fully self-directed, AI-driven wellness program. You complete a health questionnaire and connect at least one wearable device. Our AI generates a personalized longevity protocol based on your inputs, the framework knowledge base, and ongoing data from your wearable. There is no physician, dietitian, or other YoLongevity-engaged health professional involved. You alone decide whether to follow the recommendations. You can cancel anytime.
The Service consists of:
- AI-driven personalized longevity protocol generation;
- Continuous protocol adjustment based on wearable data ingestion;
- Educational content from the framework knowledge base;
- AI chat coaches (YO Coach, Trainer Coach, Readiness Coach) for guidance;
- Self-tracking dashboard;
- Privacy request channels (see the Privacy Policy, Section 8.5);
- AI Review Request mechanism (see §A.7.3).
The Service does NOT include:
- Any physician review, sign-off, or activation;
- Any dietitian interaction;
- Any in-person service delivery;
- Any clinical or medical care.
Subscription term: Tier 1 — Life Coach is an ongoing recurring monthly subscription at €199 per month, with no fixed term. You may cancel anytime; cancellation takes effect at the end of your current paid month.
A.2 Tier 1 disclaimers — wellness, not medicine
The wellness-not-medical block from Section 2.2 of the Master Terms applies in full. We restate it here for emphasis:
"Tier 1 — Life Coach is a fully self-directed wellness service. There is NO physician, dietitian, or other YoLongevity-engaged health professional involved at any point. The AI generates your protocol and all ongoing adjustments without any human review by YoLongevity-engaged personnel. You bear full responsibility for evaluating AI outputs and consulting a qualified healthcare professional for any health decision."
"IF YOU THINK YOU ARE HAVING A MEDICAL EMERGENCY, CALL 911 (US) / 112 (EU) / 999 (UK) IMMEDIATELY OR PROCEED TO THE NEAREST EMERGENCY DEPARTMENT."
A.2.1 Tier 1 is NOT for these situations
Tier 1 — Life Coach is not intended for, and should not be used as the primary wellness framework by, anyone in any of the following situations:
- pregnancy, or actively trying to conceive (see also A.9.1);
- complex medical comorbidities requiring active clinical management (e.g., uncontrolled diabetes, congestive heart failure, autoimmune disease in active flare, cancer in active treatment);
- mental-health crisis or active psychiatric emergency (see also A.9.2);
- eating disorders, active or in recovery;
- acute illness (e.g., active infection, acute injury, post-operative recovery within 90 days);
- post-surgical recovery or rehabilitation phase.
If any of the above applies to you, please defer Tier 1 enrollment, pause Tier 1 if already enrolled, and consult your treating clinician. Our customer support team can assist with subscription cancellation or refund per §5.5 of the Master Terms and §A.5 / §A.7.4 below. Because Tier 1 has no human safety net, the user-responsibility framing applies in full: you are the sole decision-maker about whether to follow any AI-generated recommendation.
A.2.2 You are responsible for sharing concerning lab values with your physician
Tier 1 is not a critical-results escalation pathway. If your uploaded lab results contain values that we have flagged as "concerning" or "out-of-range", the YoLongevity app will surface a prompt advising you to share those results with your personal physician.
You are responsible for sharing concerning lab values with your treating clinician. YoLongevity does not contact your physician on your behalf, does not contact emergency services, and does not transmit critical results to any clinical destination. The wellness-baseline-deviation alerts in Tier 1 are educational; they do not constitute clinical critical-results notification.
A.2.3 No HIPAA Business Associate Agreement (BAA) — explicit Tier 1 declaration
YoLongevity does not execute Business Associate Agreements with users, providers, or partner clinics in connection with Tier 1. This is consistent with Section 2.4 of the Master Terms: YoLongevity is not a HIPAA Covered Entity or Business Associate in connection with the Services. If a partner clinic or external provider asks for a BAA in connection with your Tier 1 use, that request is outside YoLongevity scope; the partner-clinic referral pathway under Section 6 of the Master Terms is the channel for any HIPAA-covered activity.
A.2.4 FTC Health Breach Notification Rule
We acknowledge that, although we are not a HIPAA Covered Entity, the FTC Health Breach Notification Rule (16 CFR Part 318) applies to vendors of personal health records and similar entities, and YoLongevity may fall within scope. As a Terms-level commitment (not only a Privacy-Policy commitment), we will:
- maintain a documented breach-notification procedure consistent with the Rule;
- on a qualifying breach, notify affected users, the FTC, and the media (where the Rule's threshold requires) within the Rule's timelines; and
- cooperate with regulator investigations.
Our Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy specifies the operational mechanics.
A.2.5 Tier 1 onboarding flow (mandatory steps)
The Tier 1 — Life Coach onboarding consists of the following mandatory steps. The program cannot be activated until ALL are completed:
- Account creation — clickwrap acceptance of the Privacy Policy, Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy, AI Transparency Notice, Cookie Policy, and these Terms.
- Health questionnaire — comprehensive lifestyle and health-history self-report (mandatory).
- Smart device sync — at least one wearable device or health platform (Oura Ring, WHOOP, Garmin, Polar, Apple Health, Android Health Connect, or Withings) must be connected (mandatory). The minimum one-device requirement may be expanded by YoLongevity at any time as new integrations become available.
- AI protocol generation — the AI ingests your questionnaire and wearable data and generates your initial protocol. This typically completes within 48 hours of step 3.
- Pre-program acknowledgment — the six-checkbox acknowledgment screen described in §A.7.5.
- Start program — you click the "Start" button to begin your program.
The program cannot be started until step 6 is completed. There is no physician sign-off, no dietitian interaction, and no other human review at any step.
A.3 Tier 1 data inputs
Tier 1 — Life Coach uses the following data inputs:
- self-reported lifestyle and health-history questionnaire;
- self-reported anthropometric assessment;
- wearable integration (mandatory: at least one of Oura, WHOOP, Garmin, Polar, Apple Health, Android Health Connect, or Withings); and
- (optional, user-uploaded) lab results, biomarker uploads, and Moleqlar BioAge Essential results — for users who choose to enrich their protocol with these inputs.
A.3.1 We do not order, perform, or facilitate clinical lab testing
YoLongevity does not order clinical laboratory testing on your behalf, does not perform clinical laboratory testing, and does not facilitate the requisitioning of clinical tests under any healthcare provider's authorization or under any state-licensed laboratory order.
For Tier 1 — Life Coach, lab inputs (where used) are obtained by the user in one of two ways:
- through Moleqlar's direct-to-consumer testing service under Moleqlar's own terms (Moleqlar's testing operates as direct-to-consumer wellness testing, not as clinical-grade ordered testing); or
- through the user's own physician or another third-party laboratory, where the user uploads the results to YoLongevity.
YoLongevity's role is limited to ingesting user-provided inputs into the AI's wellness protocol-generation pipeline (consistent with Section 2.6 of the Master Terms). YoLongevity's wellness scope does not include clinical-grade lab ordering, requisition authorization, or critical-results notification to clinicians.
A.4 Tier 1 deliverables
Tier 1 — Life Coach delivers:
- a personalized AI-generated longevity protocol;
- daily insights and weekly summaries through the app;
- rolling protocol adjustments based on incoming wearable data;
- AI chat coaches (YO Coach, Trainer Coach, Readiness Coach);
- self-tracking dashboard;
- access to the privacy request channels (see the Privacy Policy, Section 8.5); and
- the AI Review Request mechanism (§A.7.3).
A.5 Tier 1 pricing, term, and refund
- Pricing: €199 per month, recurring monthly subscription. Current pricing is published at
https://yolongevity.com/pricing. - Term: Ongoing recurring monthly subscription. No fixed term. Auto-renews on the same day of the month as your initial subscription.
- 30-day full refund window: within thirty (30) days of your initial Life Coach subscription, you may withdraw and receive a full refund. See Master Terms §5.5.
- EU 14-day mandatory cooling-off: EU/EEA/UK/Switzerland users additionally retain the 14-day mandatory right of withdrawal under the Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU. See Master Terms §5.5.
- After 30 days: non-refundable for the current paid month, except where YoLongevity itself terminates the subscription without cause. No clawback of fees already paid for prior months.
- Auto-renewal disclosure (US Auto-Renewal Laws + EU): auto-renewal disclosure is prominent at sign-up and in your account; we send a 7-day pre-renewal email reminder.
A.6 Tier 1 termination
- You may cancel at any time per Section 5.4 of the Master Terms with one click. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current paid billing cycle. No clawback of fees already paid.
- We may terminate for cause per Section 15.2 of the Master Terms.
- Inactive accounts (no data input for six (6) months or more) may be terminated by us with thirty (30) days' notice; data is exportable per Section 15.4.
A.7 Tier 1 — Life Coach: GDPR Article 22, your rights, and the AI Review Request
Plain-language summary: Life Coach uses AI to generate your protocol with no human in the loop. Under European data protection law, this is "fully automated decision-making" and triggers special rights for you. We rely on your explicit consent for this. You always have the right to ask for a human review of your AI protocol — see §A.7.3.
By subscribing to Tier 1 — Life Coach, you give your explicit consent under Article 22(2)(c) of the GDPR to receive AI-generated longevity protocols without any human review by YoLongevity-engaged personnel.
You retain all rights under Article 22(3) of the GDPR:
A.7.1 Right to express your point of view
You may, at any time, share with us your view on any AI-generated output that affects you. Submit through the in-app feedback control on any AI-generated message or by email to privacy@yolongevity.com. We log every such submission and respond in writing within five (5) business days.
A.7.2 Right to contest the AI decision
You may contest any AI-generated output. Submit through the in-app feedback control on any AI-generated message or by email to privacy@yolongevity.com. We log, review, and respond in writing within five (5) business days. If you contest, the protocol point you contest is suspended for your account until we respond.
A.7.3 Right to obtain human review (AI Review Request)
You may submit an AI Review Request at any time, free of charge once every six months, through the in-app "Request Human Review" control or by email to privacy@yolongevity.com. A YoLongevity non-medical staff member will review the AI-generated protocol within five (5) business days for the limited purpose of confirming that the protocol falls within the framework knowledge base parameters. The output of this review is one of:
- "Within framework parameters — no concern identified"; or
- "We recommend a deeper review — upgrade to Transform or Elite for physician-reviewed wellness support, or consult your own physician."
This review is non-medical, non-clinical, and does not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. It is solely a framework-compliance check. No doctor-patient relationship is created. If a deeper review is required, you must upgrade to Transform / Elite (Schedule B / Schedule C) or consult your own physician.
Additional AI Review Requests within a six-month window may be charged per the pricing page.
The reviewer will look at the AI input/output pair logged under the AI Transparency Notice §11.1, your relevant context, and any point of view you have submitted, and will return one of the two outputs above. AI Review Request reviewers are not licensed clinicians acting in a clinical capacity, do not exercise clinical judgment, do not issue diagnoses or prescriptions, and do not provide medical care.
A.7.4 Right to withdraw Article 9(2)(a) explicit consent
Tier 1 — Life Coach is delivered on the basis of your explicit consent to processing of special-category (health) data under GDPR Article 9(2)(a). You may withdraw that consent at any time through your account settings or by emailing dpo@yolongevity.com or privacy@yolongevity.com. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing that occurred before withdrawal.
Because Life Coach cannot be delivered without health data, withdrawal of Article 9(2)(a) consent terminates the Life Coach subscription:
- your subscription ends prospectively from the withdrawal date;
- you receive a prorated refund of the unused portion of the current monthly billing cycle to the original payment method within fourteen (14) days (EU/UK/Swiss) or thirty (30) days (other users); and
- data deletion proceeds per our Privacy Policy and our Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy unless retention is required by law.
You may continue to use any non-health-data-dependent features of the YoLongevity website (including free educational content) without re-providing health data.
A.7.5 Pre-activation acknowledgment — six-checkbox confirmation
Plain-language summary: Before your Tier 1 — Life Coach program is activated for you, you will see a final acknowledgment screen with six separate checkboxes. You must affirmatively tick each one. The "Activate program" button stays disabled until all six are checked. This is the moment we record that you understand exactly what YoLongevity is and what it is not.
The six acknowledgments below are presented as separate, individually-checkable boxes on a final screen prior to Tier 1 — Life Coach program activation. Each box defaults to unchecked. The "Activate program" button is disabled until all six are checked. Continued use of the Services after activation is conditional on these acknowledgments having been recorded.
- ☐ I understand that YoLongevity is a wellness service, NOT a medical service.
- ☐ I understand that no doctor-patient relationship is created with any YoLongevity-engaged physician or member of the Wellness Coaching Personnel (such as a dietitian).
- ☐ I understand that an AI system generates my personalized protocol, and that for Tier 1 — Life Coach there is no human review by YoLongevity-engaged personnel at any point.
- ☐ I understand that the AI Review Request available to Life Coach subscribers is a non-clinical framework-compliance check by YoLongevity non-medical staff, and is not medical advice or medical care.
- ☐ I take full responsibility for my decision to follow the protocol and I will consult my own qualified physician before making any medical decision based on YoLongevity recommendations.
- ☐ I have read and accepted the Privacy Policy, Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy, AI Transparency Notice, Cookie Policy, and these Terms of Service.
Each acknowledgment is logged with timestamp, IP address, user-agent string, and session identifier; retained per the Privacy Policy retention schedule (Section 7.1, Tier 1 onboarding acknowledgment and AI-review log row); and is admissible as evidence of informed consent in any future regulatory or judicial proceeding. If you re-subscribe, change tier, or restart a program, the acknowledgment screen is re-presented and a fresh set of acknowledgments is captured.
This pre-activation acknowledgment operates in addition to, and does not replace, the wellness-not-medical positioning in §2 of the Master Terms, the no-doctor-patient-relationship rule in §6 of the Master Terms, the GDPR Article 22 framing in §3.5 of the Master Terms, the Tier 1 disclaimers in §A.2, the explicit Article 22(2)(c) consent in §A.7, or the AI-Review-Request mechanic in §A.7.3.
A.8 Subscription term and cancellation
Plain-language summary: Life Coach is a recurring monthly subscription. There is no fixed term. Cancel anytime — your access continues until the end of your current paid month, then stops. Within the first 30 days, full refund.
Term: Recurring monthly subscription. No fixed term.
Billing: €199 charged monthly via auto-renewal, on the same day of the month as your initial subscription, until cancelled.
Cancellation: You may cancel at any time, with one click, from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current paid billing cycle. No clawback of fees already paid.
30-day full refund window: Within thirty (30) days of your initial Life Coach subscription, you may withdraw and receive a full refund. See Master Terms §5.5.
EU 14-day mandatory cooling-off: EU/EEA/UK/Switzerland users additionally retain the 14-day mandatory right of withdrawal under the Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU. See Master Terms §5.5.
Auto-renewal disclosure (US Auto-Renewal Laws + EU): auto-renewal disclosure is prominent at sign-up. We send a 7-day pre-renewal email reminder.
A.8.1 Tier 1 escalation prompt
If during your use of Tier 1 — Life Coach the AI flags a wellness-baseline deviation that warrants medical attention, the platform displays a prompt advising you to consult your personal physician or to upgrade to Transform / Elite if you want clinical context within YoLongevity. The AI does not interpret the clinical significance of any data deviation. If you have a medical emergency, CALL 911 (US) / 112 (EU) / 999 (UK) IMMEDIATELY.
A.9 Tier 1 special situations
This section reinforces the population-scoping disclaimers in §A.2.1 with operational guidance for the highest-risk situations. Because Tier 1 — Life Coach has no human safety net (no dietitian, no physician, no ongoing human review by YoLongevity-engaged personnel), the user-responsibility framing is heightened: where any of the following applies to you, you are solely responsible for engaging your treating clinician and for pausing or cancelling Life Coach as appropriate.
A.9.1 Pregnancy
Tier 1 — Life Coach is not intended for pregnant users. The Life Coach wellness framework, supplement guidance, fasting and caloric guidance, and exercise prescriptions have not been designed for pregnancy. If you become pregnant while subscribed to Life Coach, please cancel your subscription via account settings and consult your obstetric or prenatal-care clinician. A cancellation-with-30-day-refund pathway is available under §5.5 of the Master Terms and §A.5 / §A.7.4. We will not knowingly provide Life Coach wellness guidance to pregnant users; if you indicate pregnancy in any onboarding or check-in input, the AI will display a referral prompt and pause routine recommendations.
A.9.2 Mental-health crisis
Tier 1 — Life Coach is not a mental-health service and is not intended for users in mental-health crisis. Because there is no human safety net within Life Coach, the user-responsibility for crisis-line engagement is heightened. If you are experiencing a mental-health crisis, suicidal thoughts, or active self-harm, please contact a crisis line immediately:
- United States: 988 Suicide and Crisis Lifeline (call or text 988); or text HOME to 741741 (Crisis Text Line).
- European Union: 116 123 (the Samaritans equivalent in your Member State; full directory at https://findahelpline.com).
- United Kingdom: 116 123 (Samaritans) or 999 (emergency services).
In addition: contact your treating clinician; if there is risk of imminent harm, call your local emergency number (911 / 112 / 999). YoLongevity's AI does not provide mental-health crisis intervention and will display these crisis-line numbers prominently when crisis-relevant inputs are detected.
A.9.3 No medication changes based on Tier 1 outputs
You must not initiate, discontinue, increase, decrease, or otherwise change any prescription medication based on a Tier 1 — Life Coach AI-generated output without consulting the prescribing clinician. Medication-related decisions are clinical decisions that lie outside Life Coach wellness scope.
This includes (without limitation): blood-pressure medication, lipid-lowering therapies, anti-diabetic medication, hormone therapies, anti-coagulants, psychiatric medication, immunosuppressants, and any over-the-counter medication taken under clinician guidance. The Life Coach AI is configured to recommend you discuss medication-related observations with your prescribing clinician rather than to suggest medication changes directly. Because Life Coach has no human safety net, you are solely responsible for following this rule.
A.10 Upgrade from Tier 1 — Life Coach to Tier 2 — Transform or Tier 3 — Elite
You may upgrade from Tier 1 — Life Coach to Tier 2 — Transform or Tier 3 — Elite at any time. The transition is not automatic and requires separate consent, separate onboarding (per Schedule B §B.2 / Schedule C §C.2), and re-acceptance of these Terms with the new Schedule. Upgrading exits the Life Coach self-service architecture and enters the wellness-coaching architecture (with dietitian and physician interactions, employed or engaged by YoLongevity Hungary Zrt.) of Schedule B / Schedule C.
PART III — SCHEDULE B: TIER 2 — TRANSFORM
This Schedule applies if you are a Tier 2 — Transform subscriber. The Master Terms in Part I apply in addition to this Schedule. Where this Schedule conflicts with the Master Terms, this Schedule controls for Tier 2 matters only.
B.1 What Tier 2 — Transform is
Plain-language summary: Transform is a six-month wellness program with AI plus a dietitian as your primary human contact, plus a single educational Q&A consultation with a supervising physician at the three-month mark. The dietitian and physician — both employed or engaged by YoLongevity Hungary Zrt. (our Hungarian affiliate / GDPR Article 26 joint controller — see §6.6 of the Master Terms) — do wellness coaching and longevity education. They do NOT diagnose, prescribe, or treat. Anything clinical goes to an external partner clinic.
Tier 2 — Transform provides:
- the YO Coach (AI) protocol with physician review-and-activate at onboarding;
- a dietitian as the primary human point of contact during the program (monthly check-ins);
- one Q&A consultation with a supervising physician at the three-month mark (educational session);
- a six (6)-month program duration with a six-month commitment from program-activation date; and
- the data inputs and deliverables described below.
B.2 Tier 2 disclaimers
The wellness-not-medical block from Section 2.2 of the Master Terms applies in full. Specific role definitions follow.
B.2.1 Dietitian — wellness coaching only (employed or engaged by YoLongevity Hungary Zrt.)
"Your dietitian — and any other Wellness Coaching Personnel interacting with you on the YoLongevity platform — are degreed dietitians (each a degreed nutrition professional; where engaged in Hungary, registered health professionals under applicable Hungarian law) and, where engaged, other suitably qualified personnel, employed or engaged by YoLongevity Hungary Zrt. (our Hungarian affiliate / GDPR Article 26 joint controller — see §6.6 of the Master Terms) and acting under the oversight of the supervising physician team (together, the "Wellness Coaching Personnel"). They provide WELLNESS COACHING ONLY. They are NOT providing medical advice, diagnosis, prescription, clinical treatment, or medical nutrition therapy / clinical dietetic care. Their role is educational and motivational, within the boundaries of the YoLongevity framework. They will escalate medical-level questions to the supervising physician (which may result in a referral to an external partner clinic), but they do not establish a doctor-patient or dietitian–client treatment relationship with you."
B.2.2 Physician Q&A — educational session, not medical consultation
"The single physician Q&A consultation included in your Tier 2 — Transform subscription is provided by a YoLongevity-engaged supervising physician employed or engaged by YoLongevity Hungary Zrt. (the Hungarian affiliate / GDPR Article 26 joint controller). It is an EDUCATIONAL SESSION, not a medical consultation. The physician will explicitly state this at the start of the session. The physician may provide expert interpretation of longevity science as it relates to your data, but will NOT diagnose, prescribe, or create a medical management plan. No doctor-patient relationship is created."
B.2.3 Recording consent
Consultations may be recorded (audio and/or video) for documentation purposes. The mechanics are as follows:
-
Explicit consent obtained before recording begins. "The recording-consent prompt is delivered as the first action of any session that may be recorded; consent is captured affirmatively (click or verbal acknowledgment) before any recording starts. Recording does NOT begin under any 'silence equals consent' or 'continuing to speak equals consent' theory."
-
Two-party consent state explicit listing. "Recording consent is treated as bilateral two-party consent in every jurisdiction by default. The following US two-party-consent states (and the District of Columbia where the equivalent rule applies) are expressly enumerated: California, Florida, Illinois, Massachusetts, Maryland, Montana, Nevada, New Hampshire, Pennsylvania, Washington — and any other jurisdiction where the equivalent rule applies. Recording in these jurisdictions without affirmative bilateral consent is prohibited; YoLongevity's session platform enforces this universally."
-
Right to decline recording. "You have the right to decline to be recorded without precluding the session: if you decline, the session proceeds without recording and the relevant SOAP-equivalent note is captured by typed wellness documentation only. Declining recording does not affect your subscription, your tier, or any other right under these Terms."
-
EU two-party consent — GDPR plus ePrivacy. "For users in the EU, EEA, UK, or Switzerland, recording is subject to GDPR Article 6 (lawful basis: consent), Article 9 (special-category data lawful basis: explicit consent under Article 9(2)(a)), and ePrivacy Directive 2002/58 Article 5(1) (confidentiality of communications). Consent under each layer is captured affirmatively before recording begins."
-
No use of recordings for AI training. "Recordings (audio, video, and any derivative transcripts) are NOT used to train YoLongevity's own AI models or any third-party LLM provider's models. Any future use of recordings for training would require a separate, specific, opt-in consent and a documented update to this Section."
-
Transcript handling. "Automated transcription is performed on recorded sessions for documentation purposes. The resulting transcript is treated as health data subject to our Privacy Policy and to GDPR Article 9(2)(a) explicit consent. Transcripts are stored consistent with recording retention; transcripts are not shared with any third-party LLM provider for training; you may request the transcript or its deletion at
privacy@yolongevity.com."
Recordings are stored for seven (7) years per our Privacy Policy and our Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy. You may request a copy of, or deletion of, any recording at privacy@yolongevity.com.
B.2.4 Tier 2 is NOT for these situations
Tier 2 — Transform is not intended for, and should not be used as the primary wellness framework by, anyone in any of the following situations:
- pregnancy management or active prenatal-care needs (see B.11.1);
- complex psychiatric illness in active treatment (see B.11.2);
- eating disorders, active or in recovery;
- acute illness (active infection, acute injury, post-operative recovery within 90 days);
- post-surgical recovery or rehabilitation;
- oncology in active treatment phase.
Where any of the above applies, Tier 2 — Transform should be paused and the user should engage their treating clinician (or partner-clinic referral per §6 of the Master Terms); the 30-day full-refund pathway under Master Terms §5.5 applies within the first 30 days. Thereafter, the pause mechanics in §B.11 apply, and where YoLongevity itself terminates without cause, the pro-rata refund in Master Terms §15.2 applies.
B.2.5 Precautionary Article 22(2)(c) consent — Tier 2
Although Tier 2 — Transform includes physician review-and-activate of the initial protocol, ongoing dietitian involvement, and a physician Q&A — and therefore the Tier 2 protocol-activation decision is not solely automated within the meaning of GDPR Article 22(1) — YoLongevity nonetheless requests your precautionary explicit consent under Article 22(2)(c) in case a regulator or court were ever to characterize any narrow Tier 2 sub-decision (for example, a routine AI-generated protocol adjustment between physician check-ins) as solely automated.
By subscribing to Tier 2, you give your precautionary Article 22(2)(c) consent and acknowledge the safeguards in B.2 (human oversight) and the rights in A.7 (request human review / AI Review Request, express point of view, contest), which apply equally to Tier 2 outputs.
B.2.6 Physician's HIPAA status — Hungarian-employee, outside HIPAA-covered context
Physicians and the Wellness Coaching Personnel providing Tier 2 — Transform wellness coaching are employed or engaged by YoLongevity Hungary Zrt. (the Hungarian affiliate / GDPR Article 26 joint controller — §6.6 of the Master Terms) and operate within YoLongevity's wellness scope. In that wellness-coaching role, they operate outside any HIPAA-covered context (consistent with §2.4 of the Master Terms — YoLongevity is not a Covered Entity or Business Associate).
When the same individual (or any partner-clinic clinician) provides clinical care at a partner clinic, that clinical activity is covered by the partner clinic's own HIPAA program — separate from YoLongevity. In short: the individual wears two hats; only the partner-clinic hat is HIPAA-covered. We disclose this two-hat structure here so you understand which hat applies in any given interaction.
B.2.7 Pre-activation acknowledgment — six-checkbox confirmation
Plain-language summary: Before your Tier 2 — Transform program is activated, you will see a final acknowledgment screen with six separate checkboxes. You must affirmatively tick each one. The "Activate program" button stays disabled until all six are checked. The acknowledgments are tier-aware — for Tier 2, they confirm the wellness-coaching scope of dietitian and physician interactions, not a medical relationship.
The six acknowledgments below are presented as separate, individually-checkable boxes on a final screen prior to Tier 2 program activation. Each box defaults to unchecked. The "Activate program" button is disabled until all six are checked.
- ☐ I understand that YoLongevity is a wellness service, NOT a medical service — even at Tier 2, where a dietitian and a physician question-and-answer session are included.
- ☐ I understand that no doctor-patient relationship is created with any YoLongevity-engaged physician or member of the Wellness Coaching Personnel, including the Tier 2 dietitian and the Tier 2 question-and-answer physician.
- ☐ I understand that an AI system generates my personalized protocol, with physician validation and dietitian coaching layered on top.
- ☐ I understand that any review of my protocol by a physician or by the Wellness Coaching Personnel (such as a dietitian) is for wellness purposes only and does not constitute medical advice or medical care.
- ☐ I take full responsibility for my decision to follow the protocol and I will consult my own qualified physician before making any medical decision based on YoLongevity recommendations.
- ☐ I have read and accepted the Privacy Policy, Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy, AI Transparency Notice, Cookie Policy, and these Terms of Service (Master Terms and Schedule B).
Each acknowledgment is logged with timestamp, IP address, user-agent string, and session identifier; retained per the Privacy Policy retention schedule and the Tier 2 documentation framework; and is admissible as evidence of informed consent. If you re-subscribe, change tier, or restart a program, the acknowledgment screen is re-presented and a fresh set of acknowledgments is captured. The Tier 2 dietitian onboarding session and the first physician question-and-answer session both reference these acknowledgments at session start.
This pre-activation acknowledgment operates in addition to, and does not replace, the wellness-not-medical positioning in §2 of the Master Terms, the no-doctor-patient-relationship rule in §6 of the Master Terms, the no-automated-significant-effects framing in §3.5 of the Master Terms, the Tier 2 disclaimers in B.2.1–B.2.6, the precautionary Article 22(2)(c) consent in B.2.5, and the recording-consent and HIPAA-status disclosures in B.2.3 and B.2.6.
B.2.8 Tier 2 — Transform onboarding flow (mandatory steps)
The Tier 2 — Transform onboarding consists of the following mandatory steps. The program cannot be activated until ALL are completed:
- Account creation — clickwrap acceptance of the Privacy Policy, Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy, AI Transparency Notice, Cookie Policy, and these Terms.
- Health questionnaire — comprehensive lifestyle and health-history self-report.
- Smart device sync — at least one wearable device or health platform connected (Oura / WHOOP / Garmin / Polar / Apple Health / Android Health Connect / Withings).
- Lab test upload — the comprehensive longevity laboratory panel specified in your program materials at signup (e.g., results from Synlab, Semmelweis Premium, or other accredited laboratory). User uploads PDF or structured data.
- BioAge test upload — Moleqlar BioAge Premium (epigenetic + proteomic profile). User orders the Moleqlar kit, performs the buccal swab, returns to Moleqlar, and uploads results upon receipt.
- Onboarding dietitian consultation — a video or audio consultation with a YoLongevity-engaged dietitian (employed or engaged by YoLongevity Hungary Zrt.) for wellness goal-setting and onboarding orientation. Wellness scope only; not a medical consultation.
- AI protocol generation — the AI ingests all of the above and generates the initial protocol. This typically completes within 5 business days of step 6.
- Physician review and activation — a YoLongevity-engaged supervising physician (employed or engaged by YoLongevity Hungary Zrt.) reviews the AI-generated protocol from a wellness-validation perspective and activates the protocol for your account. The physician's review is solely a framework-compliance and wellness-safety check; it does NOT constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and no doctor-patient relationship is created. Activation typically occurs within 3 business days of AI generation.
- Pre-program acknowledgment — the six-checkbox acknowledgment screen described in §B.2.7.
- Start program — you click the "Start" button to begin the 6-month Transform program.
The program cannot be started until step 10 is completed.
B.3 Tier 2 — Transform ongoing program structure
Throughout the 6-month Transform program:
- Monthly dietitian check-ins — typically video or audio, ~30–45 minutes, focused on protocol adherence, lifestyle coaching, and anthropometric data review. Conducted by dietitians employed or engaged by YoLongevity Hungary Zrt. Wellness coaching only.
- One physician Q&A consultation — typically scheduled at the 3-month mark, ~30 minutes, framed as an educational session not a medical consultation. The physician explicitly states this at the start of the session. Recording with the user's separate consent (see §B.2.3).
- AI protocol adjustments — continuous, based on wearable data, monthly anthropometrics, and 3-month and 6-month control labs.
The wellness-positioning disclaimers and recording-consent language carry over from §B.2 unchanged.
B.4 Tier 2 — Transform data inputs
Tier 2 — Transform uses:
- Moleqlar BioAge Premium baseline at Month 0 (treated as genetic data);
- Moleqlar Intracellular NAD Test at Month 3;
- Moleqlar BioAge Essential at Month 6;
- the Comprehensive Lab Panel at Month 0 and Control Panels at Months 3 and 6;
- monthly anthropometric assessment (Months 1–5); and
- wearable integration (at least one device or platform, connected at onboarding — §B.2.8).
B.4a Tier 2 — Transform deliverables
Tier 2 delivers everything in Tier 1, plus:
- a physician-reviewed-and-activated initial protocol;
- monthly dietitian check-ins (per §B.3);
- a single physician Q&A consultation at the three-month mark (per §B.3); and
- AI-curated dynamic supplement protocol from the Moleqlar formulary.
B.5 Communication SLAs
- Urgent messages: four (4)-hour response within business hours.
- Routine messages: twenty-four (24)-hour response.
- Communications occur through the secure messaging platform inside the Services or — only where you have explicitly connected one — through an optional linked messaging channel (WhatsApp or Telegram; see the Privacy Policy §9.1). The in-Services platform is the channel of record for these SLAs.
B.6 Tier 2 — Transform pricing, term, and refund
- Pricing: €349 per month × 6 months (total €2,094 over the term). Current pricing is published at
https://yolongevity.com/pricing. - Term: 6-month commitment from program-activation date.
- 30-day full refund: Within 30 days of your initial Transform subscription, you may withdraw and receive a full refund of all amounts paid (typically the €349 first month). You are NOT bound to the remaining 5 months of the 6-month term. See Master Terms §5.5.
- EU 14-day mandatory cooling-off: EU/EEA/UK/Switzerland users additionally retain the 14-day mandatory right of withdrawal under the Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU. See Master Terms §5.5.
- After 30 days, within the 6-month term: non-refundable for the current paid month, and the user remains bound to the term unless YoLongevity itself terminates the subscription without cause (in which case a pro-rata refund is issued).
- At programme end: the user is not bound to renew; renewal is at the user's election.
B.7 Tier 2 — Transform geographic availability — all US states + EU/UK/Swiss
Plain-language summary: Tier 2 — Transform is available throughout the United States and in the EU, UK, and Switzerland. Wellness positioning means state telemedicine licensure does not apply (see Master Terms §11A). Dietitian and physician interactions are wellness-coaching and educational sessions only, and do not constitute the practice of medicine, the practice of dietetics, or medical nutrition therapy in any jurisdiction.
Tier 2 — Transform is available in all US states and territories, in the European Union and European Economic Area, in the United Kingdom, and in Switzerland. The wellness positioning under Master Terms §11A applies — YoLongevity is not practicing medicine in any state or country, so state telemedicine licensure laws (US) and national medical-practice rules (EU/UK/Swiss) do not apply.
B.7.1 User acknowledgment — wellness coaching only
"You acknowledge that the Tier 2 — Transform dietitian and physician interactions are wellness-coaching and educational sessions only and do NOT constitute the practice of medicine, the practice of dietetics, or medical nutrition therapy in any jurisdiction. The supervising physician's review-and-activate at onboarding is solely a framework-compliance and wellness-safety check, not a medical evaluation. The dietitian's ongoing check-ins are wellness coaching, not medical nutrition therapy or clinical dietetic care. The physician Q&A at the three-month mark is an educational session, not a medical consultation. No diagnosis, prescription, or treatment is provided by YoLongevity or by any of its engaged physicians or Wellness Coaching Personnel (employed or engaged by YoLongevity Hungary Zrt.). No doctor-patient relationship is created. If you require medical care, you are responsible for engaging your own qualified healthcare professional or accepting a YoLongevity referral to an external partner clinic that operates independently."
B.7.2 Mandatory verbatim wellness disclaimer at every interaction
The wellness-coaching framing is reinforced by mandatory verbatim disclaimers at every Tier 2 dietitian and physician touchpoint:
- The dietitian states the wellness-coaching disclaimer at the start of each scheduled check-in (with UI banner reinforcement).
- The physician states the wellness-coaching disclaimer at the start of the three-month Q&A (with UI banner reinforcement).
- The platform displays the wellness-coaching disclaimer on each protocol screen and lab-review screen.
- A quarterly notification renews the disclaimer prominently in the user's experience.
Each verbatim disclaimer is logged with timestamp and interaction ID for record-keeping.
B.7.3 Right to modify availability
Per Master Terms §11A, YoLongevity reserves the right to modify the geographic availability of Tier 2 — Transform in any US state, EU Member State, or other territory, including in response to regulatory changes. Material changes are notified at least 30 days in advance with prorated refunds where applicable.
B.8 Tier 2 escalation
Red-flag indicators trigger a dietitian → supervising physician → external partner clinic referral pathway. All escalations are documented per the YoLongevity framework. Emergency: CALL 911 / 112 / 999.
B.8.1 Critical-results escalation outside YoLongevity — referral to your clinician
Tier 2 is not a critical-results escalation pathway within YoLongevity. Where Tier 2 dietitian or physician interactions, or AI-flagged data deviations, identify a finding that is clinically time-sensitive (a "critical result"), the escalation pathway is:
- the dietitian or physician advises you to contact your treating clinician promptly;
- where you have named a treating clinician in your YoLongevity profile and you consent, we transmit a wellness-summary referral packet to that clinician (under your specific consent — see our Privacy Policy);
- where a partner-clinic referral is appropriate within wellness scope, the mechanics of Section 6 of the Master Terms apply; and
- YoLongevity does not call the treating clinician directly without your specific consent, does not call emergency services on your behalf, and does not function as an in-loop critical-results notification system.
The referral path is documented per the YoLongevity framework.
B.9 Communication and moderation
Abusive, harassing, or threatening communications with dietitian, physician, or support staff are a material breach of these Terms (cause for immediate termination per Section 15.2). All staff communications are recorded and audited. You may request a supervisor review at any time.
B.10 Tier 2 — Transform acceptable use
B.10.1 No diagnostic-opinion-extraction within Tier 2 scope
"Tier 2 — Transform is a wellness-coaching service. You agree not to seek diagnostic opinions, prescription requests, treatment plans, or other clinical-care outputs from any YoLongevity-engaged physician or dietitian within Tier 2 scope. If you have a diagnostic question, prescription need, or treatment-planning need, the appropriate pathway is referral to an external partner clinic (Section 6 of the Master Terms); the YoLongevity-engaged physician will redirect any such request and document the referral. Repeated attempts to extract clinical-care content within Tier 2 scope are a material breach (Section 15.2 of the Master Terms) and may result in termination."
B.10.2 No representation as your "regular physician"
"You agree not to represent — to any third party (including treating clinicians, insurers, employers, immigration authorities, or anyone else) — that any YoLongevity-engaged physician is your 'regular physician', 'primary care physician', 'attending physician', or 'treating physician' outside YoLongevity's wellness scope. The YoLongevity-engaged physician is engaged (through YoLongevity Hungary Zrt.) solely for wellness coaching within YoLongevity; no broader physician relationship is created (per §§2.3 and 6.6 of the Master Terms)."
B.11 Tier 2 — Transform special situations
B.11.1 Pregnancy
Tier 2 — Transform is not intended for pregnant users. If you become pregnant during Transform, please pause your subscription via account settings and engage your obstetric or prenatal-care clinician. A 30-day refund pathway is available under Master Terms §5.5; thereafter you may pause via account settings at any time, and where YoLongevity itself terminates without cause, the pro-rata refund in Master Terms §15.2 applies. The Transform framework, supplement guidance, and exercise prescriptions have not been designed for pregnancy. The Tier 2 dietitian and physician will not provide pregnancy-specific guidance and will redirect you to your obstetric clinician.
B.11.2 Mental-health crisis
Tier 2 — Transform is not a mental-health service. If you are experiencing a mental-health crisis, suicidal thoughts, or active self-harm, please contact a crisis line immediately:
- United States: 988 Suicide and Crisis Lifeline (call or text 988); or text HOME to 741741 (Crisis Text Line).
- European Union: 116 123 (Samaritans equivalent in your Member State; full directory at https://findahelpline.com).
- United Kingdom: 116 123 (Samaritans) or 999 (emergency services).
In addition: contact your treating clinician; if there is risk of imminent harm, call your local emergency number (911 / 112 / 999). Tier 2 — Transform dietitians and physicians do not provide mental-health crisis intervention; the platform displays these crisis-line numbers prominently when crisis-relevant inputs are detected, and the dietitian or physician will redirect to crisis-line resources.
B.11.3 Acute illness handoff
Tier 2 — Transform wellness scope does not extend into acute illness care. Where you experience an acute illness (active infection, acute injury, sudden symptom onset that warrants medical attention), the appropriate pathway is your treating clinician, urgent care, or emergency services as warranted. Tier 2 dietitian or physician interactions can provide educational context post-acute, but do not substitute for acute-illness clinical evaluation. Acute illness triggers the partner-clinic referral mechanic in Section 6 of the Master Terms where the wellness scope is exceeded; for emergencies, call 911 / 112 / 999.
PART IV — SCHEDULE C: TIER 3 — ELITE
This Schedule applies if you are a Tier 3 — Elite subscriber. The Master Terms in Part I apply in addition to this Schedule. Where this Schedule conflicts with the Master Terms, this Schedule controls for Tier 3 matters only.
C.1 What Tier 3 — Elite is
Plain-language summary: Elite is a twelve-month physician-led wellness program with a 3-month minimum commitment: AI plus a dietitian plus a supervising physician (employed or engaged by YoLongevity Hungary Zrt., the Hungarian affiliate / GDPR Article 26 joint controller — see §6.6 of the Master Terms) as your primary point of contact, with monthly check-ins. The physician's role on the YoLongevity platform is wellness coaching and longevity education — not medical care. Anything clinical (prescriptions, diagnostics, peptide therapy, HRT) goes to an external partner clinic.
Tier 3 — Elite provides:
- the YO Coach (AI) protocol with the supervising physician as the primary human point of contact;
- a dietitian in a support role;
- monthly physician check-ins (more frequent on user need);
- 6-month and 12-month BioAge re-tests (Moleqlar);
- quarterly comprehensive control labs; and
- a twelve (12)-month program duration with a minimum three (3)-month commitment.
C.1.1 AI as a wellness-validation tool
In Tier 3 — Elite, the YO Coach operates as a wellness-validation tool: the AI generates draft wellness suggestions (protocol drafts, supplement-protocol drafts, framework-aligned interpretations of user data, wellness-baseline observations, and similar). For each AI draft surfaced to an Elite user via the physician layer, the supervising physician (employed or engaged by YoLongevity Hungary Zrt.) reviews the AI draft for framework-compliance and wellness-safety, and exercises judgment to accept, modify, or reject it before the draft becomes part of your wellness plan. This review is wellness validation only; it is NOT medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and no doctor-patient relationship is created.
The physician's accept / modify / reject decision and any annotations are recorded against the AI inference-log entry (per our AI Transparency Notice and per C.6.3 below). The AI does not act unilaterally on your wellness plan in Tier 3; the physician's wellness-validation judgment is the operative gate for any AI-derived input in Tier 3 — Elite.
C.1.2 Network physician credentialing, audit, and continuing education
Tier 3 — Elite supervising physicians (employed or engaged by YoLongevity Hungary Zrt.) satisfy the heightened credentialing standard set out at §6.8 of the Master Terms. In addition:
- each Elite supervising physician completes YoLongevity framework training before taking Elite users;
- each is subject to continuing-education requirements (jurisdiction-applicable CME plus YoLongevity-specific framework refreshers on a documented cadence); and
- each is subject to ongoing audit by YoLongevity clinical leadership (including periodic review of AI-draft-handling, wellness-scope adherence, and partner-clinic-referral patterns). Audit findings inform retention, retraining, or removal from the Elite network.
C.2 Tier 3 disclaimers
Section 2.2 of the Master Terms and Section B.2 of Schedule B apply, with heightened reinforcement for Tier 3.
C.2.1 Physician-led but still educational, not medical
In Tier 3, your supervising physician is your primary point of contact. The physician conducts regular check-ins providing expert interpretation of longevity science as it relates to your data. EVEN IN TIER 3, THE PHYSICIAN'S ROLE REMAINS ADVISORY AND EDUCATIONAL. The physician does NOT diagnose, prescribe, or treat. If a medical need is identified, you will be referred to an external partner clinic for diagnosis, evaluation, and any clinical intervention.
C.2.2 No physician-patient relationship
Despite the prominent role of the supervising physician in Tier 3, no doctor-patient relationship is created between you and the physician under YoLongevity. The physician's services are delivered as part of the YoLongevity wellness program and within wellness boundaries. The physician is employed or engaged by YoLongevity Hungary Zrt. (§6.6 of the Master Terms) for wellness-coaching purposes only. For any prescription, diagnostic test, or clinical intervention, you are referred to an external partner clinic that operates independently and carries its own malpractice insurance.
C.2.3 Peptide therapy and other advanced interventions
YoLongevity does not prescribe, dispense, or administer peptide therapies, hormone replacement therapies, or any regulated medical interventions.
If during Tier 3 you express interest in such therapies, YoLongevity will facilitate a referral to a licensed external partner clinic. The partner clinic conducts the full medical evaluation, determines appropriateness of therapy, issues any prescription, and oversees the treatment. YoLongevity's role is limited to wellness monitoring and lifestyle protocol adjustment during the therapy period.
C.2.4 Verbatim Tier 3 wellness disclaimer — repeated at every interaction
The following Tier 3 wellness disclaimer is repeated verbatim at the touchpoints listed below:
"YoLongevity Tier 3 Elite is a wellness and lifestyle optimization service. The supervising physician's role within YoLongevity is wellness coaching only. The physician does not diagnose, treat, prescribe, or undertake any clinical evaluation within YoLongevity. No doctor-patient relationship is created between you and the YoLongevity-engaged physician. If a medical need is identified, you will be referred to an external partner clinic that operates independently and carries its own malpractice insurance. If you have a medical emergency, CALL 911 (US) / 112 (EU) / 999 (UK) IMMEDIATELY."
This verbatim disclaimer appears at the following touchpoints:
- the onboarding flow — full disclaimer plus onboarding-time acknowledgment;
- the start of every physician interaction (live session start) — physician verbal acknowledgment plus UI banner;
- the start of every dietitian interaction (live session start) — dietitian acknowledgment plus UI banner;
- every protocol delivery (AI-generated or physician-validated, in-app surfacing) — UI banner;
- every lab review (in-app review screen) — UI banner; and
- on a quarterly cadence during your active subscription — push notification plus email reminder.
C.2.4.1 Onboarding acknowledgment
At Tier 3 onboarding, you explicitly acknowledge that the wellness disclaimer above will appear repeatedly throughout your Tier 3 service — at the start of every physician and dietitian session, on every protocol screen, on every lab-review screen, and at quarterly intervals. This is a deliberate design feature to maintain wellness-scope clarity throughout the subscription. The repeated appearance of the disclaimer does NOT reduce its legal effect; on the contrary, the repetition reinforces the wellness-scope framing of every interaction.
C.2.5 Pre-activation acknowledgment — six-checkbox confirmation
Plain-language summary: Before your Tier 3 — Elite physician-led wellness program is activated, you will see a final acknowledgment screen with six separate checkboxes. You must affirmatively tick each one. The "Activate program" button stays disabled until all six are checked. For Tier 3, the acknowledgments are heightened — the physician relationship is wellness-coaching, not clinical care, even though the physician engagement is the most intensive of any tier.
The six acknowledgments below are presented as separate, individually-checkable boxes on a final screen prior to Tier 3 program activation. Each box defaults to unchecked. The "Activate program" button is disabled until all six are checked. Because Tier 3 includes a physician-led wellness relationship, supplement protocols at Moleqlar formulary scope, and partner-clinic referral pathways for advanced interventions (peptide therapy, HRT) at the partner clinic, the heightened scope of these acknowledgments is critical and is repeated at the cadence in C.2.4.
- ☐ I understand that YoLongevity is a wellness service, NOT a medical service — even at Tier 3, where a physician-led wellness relationship is included.
- ☐ I understand that no doctor-patient relationship is created with any YoLongevity-engaged physician or member of the Wellness Coaching Personnel, including the Tier 3 supervising physician — and that any actual clinical care (including any medication, peptide, or HRT prescription) takes place at the partner clinic, NOT within YoLongevity.
- ☐ I understand that an AI system generates my personalized protocol, and that the Tier 3 physician's accept / modify / reject judgment is the operative gate for any AI-derived input that becomes part of my wellness plan.
- ☐ I understand that any review of my protocol by a physician or by the Wellness Coaching Personnel (such as a dietitian) is for wellness purposes only and does not constitute medical advice or medical care; clinical decisions about my health remain with my treating clinicians and any partner clinic to which I am referred.
- ☐ I take full responsibility for my decision to follow the protocol and I will consult my own qualified physician (and any partner clinic to which I am referred) before making any medical decision based on YoLongevity recommendations.
- ☐ I have read and accepted the Privacy Policy, Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy, AI Transparency Notice, Cookie Policy, and these Terms of Service (Master Terms and Schedule C), including the heightened Tier 3 disclaimers in C.2.1, C.2.2, C.2.3, and the verbatim Tier 3 wellness disclaimer in C.2.4.
Each acknowledgment is logged with timestamp, IP address, user-agent string, and session identifier; retained per the Privacy Policy retention schedule and the Tier 3 inference-log / physician-judgment-documentation framework in C.6.3; and is admissible as evidence of informed consent. If you re-subscribe, change tier, or restart a Tier 3 program, the acknowledgment screen is re-presented and a fresh set of acknowledgments is captured. The Tier 3 supervising physician verbally re-confirms acknowledgments 1, 2, and 4 at the first live physician session; the verbal re-confirmation is logged.
This pre-activation acknowledgment operates in addition to, and does not replace, the wellness-not-medical positioning in §2 of the Master Terms, the no-doctor-patient-relationship rule in §6 of the Master Terms, the no-automated-significant-effects framing in §3.5 of the Master Terms, the Tier 3 disclaimers in C.2.1–C.2.4, the precautionary Article 22(2)(c) consent in C.6.3.2, the physician-judgment documentation framework in C.6.3.1, the no-medication-changes-within-YoLongevity rule in C.11.3, and the adverse-event reporting structure in C.11.4.
C.2.6 Tier 3 — Elite onboarding flow (mandatory steps)
The Tier 3 — Elite onboarding consists of the following mandatory steps. The program cannot be activated until ALL are completed:
- Account creation — clickwrap acceptance of the Privacy Policy, Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy, AI Transparency Notice, Cookie Policy, and these Terms.
- Health questionnaire — comprehensive lifestyle and health-history self-report.
- Smart device sync — at least one wearable device or health platform connected (Oura / WHOOP / Garmin / Polar / Apple Health / Android Health Connect / Withings).
- Lab test upload — the comprehensive longevity laboratory panel specified in your program materials at signup (e.g., results from Synlab, Semmelweis Premium, or other accredited laboratory).
- BioAge test upload — Moleqlar BioAge Premium (epigenetic + proteomic profile).
- Onboarding dietitian consultation — a video or audio consultation with a YoLongevity-engaged senior dietitian (employed or engaged by YoLongevity Hungary Zrt.) for wellness goal-setting and onboarding orientation. Wellness scope only; not a medical consultation. (Tier 3-specific: typically longer than Tier 2 or conducted by a senior dietitian.)
- AI protocol generation — the AI ingests all of the above and generates the initial protocol.
(Tier 3-specific: the review may be more in-depth than Tier 2.)
- Pre-program acknowledgment — the six-checkbox acknowledgment screen described in §C.2.5 above.
- Start program — you click the "Start" button to begin the 12-month Elite program.
The program cannot be started until step 10 is completed.
C.3 Tier 3 — Elite ongoing program structure
Throughout the 12-month Elite program:
- Monthly physician check-ins — physician-led, typically video, ~30–45 minutes, framed as educational expert sessions not medical consultations. Verbatim disclaimer at the start of every session per §C.2.4. Conducted by physicians employed or engaged by YoLongevity Hungary Zrt.
- Dietitian support — coordinates scheduling, data collection, and routine wellness coaching tasks; conducted by dietitians employed or engaged by YoLongevity Hungary Zrt.
- AI protocol adjustments — continuous, based on wearable data, monthly anthropometrics, quarterly comprehensive control labs, and 6-month and 12-month BioAge re-tests.
- 6-month and 12-month BioAge re-tests — Moleqlar BioAge Premium (epigenetic + proteomic profile).
- Quarterly comprehensive control labs — at Months 3, 6, 9, and 12.
The wellness-positioning disclaimers and recording-consent language carry over from §C.2 / Schedule B §B.2.3 unchanged.
C.3a Tier 3 — Elite data inputs
Tier 3 — Elite uses everything in Tier 2 — Transform, plus:
- 6-month and 12-month BioAge re-tests (Moleqlar);
- quarterly comprehensive control labs (Months 3, 6, 9, 12); and
- Tier 3-specific advanced wellness testing as set out in your program materials at signup.
C.4 Tier 3 — Elite deliverables
Tier 3 — Elite delivers everything in Tier 2 — Transform, plus:
- direct physician relationship as primary point of contact (wellness coaching, not medical care);
- monthly physician check-ins (more frequent on user need);
- higher-frequency protocol adjustments based on physician wellness-validation; and
- priority partner-clinic referral pathway for any clinical need outside YoLongevity's wellness scope.
C.5 Tier 3 — Elite pricing, term, and refund
- Pricing: €799 per month × 12 months (total €9,588 over the term). Current pricing is published at
https://yolongevity.com/pricing. - Term: 12-month commitment from program-activation date with a minimum 3-month commitment. After the minimum 3 months have elapsed, the subscription is cancellable monthly with 30-day notice; before the minimum 3 months, the user is bound to the term (subject to the 30-day full-refund and EU 14-day exceptions below).
- 30-day full refund: Within 30 days of your initial Elite subscription, you may withdraw and receive a full refund of all amounts paid. You are NOT bound to the 12-month term or the 3-month minimum commitment if you withdraw within 30 days. See Master Terms §5.5.
- EU 14-day mandatory cooling-off: EU/EEA/UK/Switzerland users additionally retain the 14-day mandatory right of withdrawal under the Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU. See Master Terms §5.5.
- No waiver via immediate-provision consent. YoLongevity does not invoke the immediate-provision waiver under Article 16(m) of the Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU. Users retain the full 14-day EU mandatory + 30-day YoLongevity-extended right regardless of whether services have begun (Master Terms §5.5).
C.5.1 Immediate-service-start mechanic — not invoked
The refund and withdrawal mechanics for Tier 3 are the 30-day worldwide full-refund and the 14-day EU mandatory cooling-off framework set out in §5.5 of the Master Terms and §C.5 above. The "consent to immediate-service start with proportional deduction" mechanic is not invoked.
C.5.2 EU CRD health-service exception — not invoked
The EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU contains exemptions for certain health-service contracts (Article 3(3)(b) — "health services provided by health professionals to patients to assess, maintain or restore their state of health"). YoLongevity does not invoke this health-service exception, consistent with Section 2 of the Master Terms (wellness-not-medical positioning) and Section 6 (no doctor-patient relationship). Tier 3 is offered as a wellness service subject to the full Consumer Rights Directive, including the 14-day cooling-off right described in §C.5 and Master Terms §5.5. This non-invocation is deliberate: it would be inconsistent for YoLongevity to claim wellness positioning generally while invoking a health-service exemption for refund mechanics.
C.5.3 Partner-clinic billing — separate from YoLongevity subscription
Tier 3 subscription pricing covers YoLongevity wellness services only. Partner-clinic services (diagnosis, prescription, clinical evaluation, procedural intervention, and similar) are billed separately by the partner clinic — typically out-of-pocket to you, or where applicable through your own insurance via the partner clinic.
YoLongevity does not bill, collect, or process any clinical fee for partner-clinic care. The partner clinic publishes its own pricing under its own terms; you transact with the partner clinic directly. This is consistent with Section 2.5 of the Master Terms (no insurance, cash-pay) and Section 6 (partner-clinic independence).
C.6 Tier 3 — Elite geographic availability — all US states + EU/UK/Swiss
Plain-language summary: Tier 3 — Elite is available throughout the United States and in the EU, UK, and Switzerland. Wellness positioning means state telemedicine licensure does not apply (Master Terms §11A). Physician and dietitian interactions are wellness-coaching and educational sessions only.
Tier 3 — Elite is available in all US states and territories, in the European Union and European Economic Area, in the United Kingdom, and in Switzerland. The wellness positioning under Master Terms §11A applies — YoLongevity is not practicing medicine in any state or country, so state telemedicine licensure laws (US) and national medical-practice rules (EU/UK/Swiss) do not apply.
C.6.1 User acknowledgment — wellness coaching only
"You acknowledge that the Tier 3 — Elite physician-led interactions, the supervising physician's review-and-activate at onboarding, the monthly physician check-ins, and the dietitian interactions are wellness-coaching and educational sessions only and do NOT constitute the practice of medicine, the practice of dietetics, or medical nutrition therapy in any jurisdiction. The supervising physician's review-and-activate at onboarding and on an ongoing basis is solely a framework-compliance and wellness-safety check, not a medical evaluation. The monthly physician check-ins are educational expert sessions, not medical consultations. No diagnosis, prescription, or treatment is provided by YoLongevity or by any of its engaged physicians or Wellness Coaching Personnel (employed or engaged by YoLongevity Hungary Zrt.). No doctor-patient relationship is created. If you require medical care (including any prescription, peptide therapy, or HRT), you are responsible for engaging your own qualified healthcare professional or accepting a YoLongevity referral to an external partner clinic that operates independently and carries its own malpractice insurance."
C.6.2 Mandatory verbatim wellness disclaimer at every interaction (heightened for Tier 3)
The wellness-coaching framing is reinforced by mandatory verbatim disclaimers at every Tier 3 — Elite dietitian and physician touchpoint. The Tier 3 disclaimer cadence is heightened from Tier 2 because of the higher physician-encounter frequency:
- The physician states the verbatim wellness disclaimer (§C.2.4) at the start of every monthly physician check-in (with UI banner reinforcement).
- The dietitian states the wellness-coaching disclaimer at the start of each scheduled support session (with UI banner reinforcement).
- The platform displays the wellness-coaching disclaimer on each protocol screen and lab-review screen.
- A quarterly notification renews the disclaimer prominently in the user's experience.
Each verbatim disclaimer is logged with timestamp and interaction ID for record-keeping.
C.6.2a Right to modify availability
Per Master Terms §11A, YoLongevity reserves the right to modify the geographic availability of Tier 3 — Elite in any US state, EU Member State, or other territory, including in response to regulatory changes. Material changes are notified at least 30 days in advance with prorated refunds where applicable.
C.6.3 Article 22 framing — physician-judgment documentation
C.6.3.1 Physician-judgment documentation per protocol decision
For each protocol decision in Tier 3 — Elite where the AI generated a draft, the system records:
- the AI draft (input plus output) at the inference-log level (per our AI Transparency Notice);
- the physician's review action — accepted, modified, or rejected, with annotations (the physician's wellness-validation judgment);
- the timestamp and the physician identifier; and
- the resulting protocol that was activated for you.
This documentation is the evidentiary basis on which YoLongevity relies to characterize Tier 3 — Elite as not-solely-automated within the meaning of GDPR Article 22(1), with the physician's wellness-validation judgment serving as the operative human gate. The documentation is retained for twenty-four (24) months by default; we extend the retention where required for an Article 22 contestation, regulatory inquiry, or active investigation.
C.6.3.2 Precautionary Article 22(2)(c) consent — Tier 3
Although Tier 3 — Elite includes physician review-and-activate, accept/modify/reject documentation, and monthly physician check-ins — and therefore the Tier 3 protocol-activation decision is not solely automated — YoLongevity nonetheless requests your precautionary explicit consent under GDPR Article 22(2)(c) in case a regulator or court were ever to characterize any narrow Tier 3 sub-decision as solely automated.
By subscribing to Tier 3, you give your precautionary Article 22(2)(c) consent and acknowledge the rights in A.7 (request human review / AI Review Request, express your point of view, contest), which apply to Tier 3 outputs.
C.6.4 Partner-clinic HIPAA architecture — separate from YoLongevity
Each partner clinic operates its own HIPAA-covered context independently of YoLongevity:
- the partner clinic is a Covered Entity under HIPAA (or a Business Associate, as the case may be) for clinical activity at the clinic;
- the partner clinic maintains its own Notice of Privacy Practices, its own Business Associate Agreement program, and its own administrative, physical, and technical security program required under HIPAA;
- the partner clinic governs its own clinical records (the records of clinical activity at the partner clinic), separate from YoLongevity platform records; and
- YoLongevity does not become a HIPAA Covered Entity, Business Associate, or Subcontractor with respect to a partner clinic's clinical activity — the partner-clinic referral mechanic in Section 6 of the Master Terms is structured to keep the HIPAA-covered context inside the partner clinic, not extending into YoLongevity.
This architectural separation is a core risk-allocation feature. Where a partner clinic asks YoLongevity to enter a Business Associate Agreement, that request is outside YoLongevity scope, and the partner-clinic relationship will be re-scoped or terminated as appropriate.
C.6.5 Anti-Kickback Statute, Stark Law, federal-program non-discrimination
C.6.5.1 AKS and Stark posture
The partner-clinic referral pathway in Section 6 of the Master Terms is designed to avoid issues under the federal Anti-Kickback Statute (42 U.S.C. § 1320a-7b), the Stark Law (42 U.S.C. § 1395nn), and analogous state laws. Specifically:
- referrals from YoLongevity to a partner clinic are made on the basis of clinical fit and framework alignment and your choice — not on any per-referral payment, profits-interest, or other remuneration that would constitute prohibited remuneration under the Anti-Kickback Statute;
- any commercial arrangement with a partner clinic (such as MSO services, technology integration, marketing) is structured at fair-market value, in writing, with a fixed scope and term, and otherwise consistent with applicable safe harbors or exceptions; and
- YoLongevity-network physicians do not refer to a partner clinic in which they have a direct or indirect financial relationship that would constitute a prohibited self-referral under the Stark Law.
C.6.5.2 No federal-program patient discrimination (Medicare / Medicaid)
YoLongevity does not discriminate against users on the basis of federal-healthcare-program enrollment status. Specifically:
- eligibility for Tier 1, Tier 2, or Tier 3 is not conditioned on Medicare or Medicaid status;
- referrals to partner clinics are made on clinical-fit grounds, not based on your payer mix; and
- where the partner-clinic referral involves a clinic that participates in Medicare or Medicaid, federal-program-applicable rules govern at the partner-clinic level, not at the YoLongevity level.
C.7 Tier 3 recording and documentation
All physician interactions are recorded with explicit consent (recording-consent mechanics inherit from Schedule B, Section B.2.3). Documentation is captured in an adapted SOAP format — Subjective / Objective / Observation / Wellness Plan (note: "Observation", not "Assessment"; "Wellness Plan", not "Treatment Plan"). Recording retention follows our Privacy Policy (seven (7) years) and our Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy.
C.7.1 Continuity-of-care documentation — YoLongevity platform records vs. partner-clinic clinical records
Tier 3 wellness encounters are documented in the YoLongevity platform records — within wellness scope, in the SOAP-equivalent format (S/O/Observation/Wellness Plan). These records are part of the Services and are governed by our Privacy Policy and our Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy.
Partner-clinic clinical encounters are documented separately by the partner clinic in its own clinical records under its own HIPAA program (per C.6.4). YoLongevity platform records do not duplicate, and are not the source of truth for, partner-clinic clinical records. Where you request a continuity-of-care summary that combines wellness-context information with partner-clinic clinical context, you authorize each side separately to share its records.
C.7.2 Partner-clinic recording handling — outside YoLongevity scope
Recordings of partner-clinic encounters (where a partner clinic chooses to record its own clinical encounters) are governed by the partner clinic's policies (HIPAA program, state recording-consent law, the partner clinic's own privacy notices and consent forms). YoLongevity does not control, possess, or retain partner-clinic encounter recordings. The partner clinic's recording mechanics are not subject to Schedule B, Section B.2.3 (which governs YoLongevity Tier 2 encounters); you must consult the partner clinic's policies for partner-clinic recording rules.
C.7.3 Tier 3 AI-output marking — clinician-reviewed label (Article 50(2))
Tier 3-specific Article 50(2) AI marking adds a layer beyond the master AI marking (Section 3.8 of the Master Terms and our AI Transparency Notice). Where an AI-generated output has been reviewed by a YoLongevity-network physician (per C.1.1 and C.6.3.1) and accepted or modified before being shown to you, the output carries a label identifying both the AI-generated origin and the physician-review status — for example: [AI draft, reviewed by physician], [AI draft, modified by physician], or [AI draft, rejected — physician-issued protocol]. This label is in addition to (not in place of) the persistent AI badge required by Section 3.8 of the Master Terms.
C.8 Tier 3 risk allocation — referral-pathway liability
YoLongevity's liability with respect to a partner-clinic referral is limited to:
- making the referral within YoLongevity wellness scope (that is, communicating your wellness context to the partner clinic on your behalf with your specific consent — Section 6.3 of the Master Terms);
- facilitating the scheduling and data-sharing logistics; and
- maintaining a curated network per Chief Medical Officer due diligence.
YoLongevity does NOT warrant the outcomes of partner-clinic care, the appropriateness of partner-clinic clinical decisions, the quality of partner-clinic clinical interventions, or your clinical outcomes after partner-clinic engagement. The partner clinic carries its own malpractice insurance and clinical-liability arrangements (Section 6.1 of the Master Terms).
Section 13 (Limitation of liability) of the Master Terms and Section 13.3 carve-outs apply to YoLongevity referral activity; partner-clinic clinical activity is outside that perimeter and outside YoLongevity's vicarious-liability reach (Section 6.9 of the Master Terms).
C.9 Tier 3 dispute resolution — partner-clinic carve-outs
C.9.1 State medical-board / dietetic-board / DOH complaint carve-out
As at Section 16.8 of the Master Terms, complaints to a state medical board, state dietetic / nutrition licensing board, or state Department of Health concerning a YoLongevity-network physician's or dietitian's conduct under their professional license are carved out from arbitration and are non-waivable. The Tier 3-specific reinforcement here makes explicit that this carve-out applies to all YoLongevity-network physician conduct, including the heightened Tier 3 interactions.
C.9.2 Partner-clinic disputes — separate from YoLongevity arbitration architecture
Disputes arising from partner-clinic clinical care are subject to the partner clinic's own terms (governing law, dispute-resolution forum, applicable arbitration agreement, or court venue). YoLongevity's arbitration architecture (Section 16 of the Master Terms) does NOT extend to partner-clinic clinical-care disputes: your claim against a partner clinic is brought against the partner clinic under the partner clinic's terms, not against YoLongevity under Section 16.
Where you have both (a) a YoLongevity claim within YoLongevity's wellness scope, and (b) a partner-clinic clinical claim, the two claims are in distinct fora and may proceed independently.
C.10 Tier 3 acceptable use
C.10.1 No representation of YoLongevity-network physician as your "regular physician" outside YoLongevity scope
"You agree not to represent — to any third party (treating clinicians, insurers, employers, immigration authorities, schools, or anyone else) — that any YoLongevity-network physician is your 'regular physician', 'primary care physician', 'attending physician', or 'treating physician' outside YoLongevity's wellness scope. The YoLongevity-network physician is engaged solely for wellness coaching within YoLongevity; no broader physician relationship is created (per Sections 2.3 and 6.5 of the Master Terms and C.2.2 above). This is the Tier 3 reinforcement of Schedule B, Section B.10.2; it applies despite the higher physician-encounter frequency in Tier 3."
C.10.2 No solicitation of off-platform medical advice from YoLongevity-network physician
"You agree not to solicit medical advice, prescription, diagnostic opinions, or other clinical-care content from any YoLongevity-network physician outside the YoLongevity platform — for example, via the physician's personal email, phone, social media, or in-person encounter outside the YoLongevity session schedule. The YoLongevity-network physician will redirect any such off-platform solicitation, will not respond, and will document the contact attempt. Off-platform clinical-care contact is structurally outside the YoLongevity wellness-coaching relationship, outside YoLongevity platform records, and outside YoLongevity's risk-allocation architecture."
C.10.3 No diagnostic-opinion-extraction within YoLongevity scope
"You agree not to seek diagnostic opinions from any YoLongevity-network physician within YoLongevity scope. Where you have a diagnostic question, the appropriate pathway is referral to a partner clinic per Section 6 of the Master Terms (where the partner clinic conducts the diagnostic evaluation). The YoLongevity-network physician will redirect such requests to the partner-clinic referral pathway and document the redirection. Repeated attempts to extract diagnostic opinions within YoLongevity scope are a material breach (Section 15.2 of the Master Terms)."
C.10.4 No prescription requests within YoLongevity scope — partner clinic is the pathway
"You agree not to request prescription medication from any YoLongevity-network physician within YoLongevity scope. The partner-clinic referral pathway (Section 6 of the Master Terms) is the channel for any prescription need. The YoLongevity-network physician does not prescribe within YoLongevity; any prescription-related request is redirected to a partner clinic. Repeated attempts to extract prescription content within YoLongevity scope are a material breach (Section 15.2 of the Master Terms)."
C.11 Tier 3 special situations
C.11.1 Pregnancy and OB referral pathway
Tier 3 is not intended for pregnant users. If you become pregnant during Tier 3, the platform pauses Tier 3 wellness mechanics that are not pregnancy-appropriate (such as specific supplement guidance, fasting and caloric guidance, certain exercise prescriptions). The supervising physician acknowledges the pregnancy, and the platform facilitates a partner-clinic OB referral per Section 6 of the Master Terms if you do not already have an obstetric clinician.
Tier 3 may be paused via account settings; the 30-day full-refund window under Master Terms §5.5 and, where YoLongevity itself terminates without cause, the pro-rata refund under Master Terms §15.2 continue to apply. The Tier 3 supervising physician will not provide pregnancy-specific guidance and will direct you to your obstetric clinician.
C.11.2 Mental-health crisis
Tier 3 is not a mental-health crisis service. If you are experiencing a mental-health crisis, suicidal thoughts, or active self-harm:
- United States: 988 Suicide and Crisis Lifeline (call or text 988); or text HOME to 741741 (Crisis Text Line).
- European Union: 116 123 (Samaritans equivalent in your Member State; full directory at https://findahelpline.com).
- United Kingdom: 116 123 (Samaritans) or 999 (emergency services).
In addition: contact your treating mental-health clinician; if there is risk of imminent harm, call your local emergency number (911 / 112 / 999).
The Tier 3 platform displays these crisis-line numbers prominently when crisis-relevant inputs are detected. The Tier 3 supervising physician does not provide mental-health crisis intervention and will redirect to crisis resources and partner-clinic mental-health referral as appropriate.
C.11.3 Medication changes only at partner clinic
Any medication change — initiation, discontinuation, dosage modification, switching, or similar — for any prescription medication is NOT undertaken within YoLongevity's Tier 3 scope, including peptide therapies and HRT (per C.2.3).
Medication changes are exclusively at the partner-clinic level under partner-clinic clinical authority. The YoLongevity-network physician will not direct, advise on the specifics of, or initiate any medication change within YoLongevity; medication-related discussion within YoLongevity is wellness-context-only, framed around general framework principles rather than specific prescription instructions.
C.11.4 Adverse event reporting (heightened for Tier 3)
Tier 3 adverse-event reporting is heightened relative to Tier 1 and Tier 2 because Tier 3 entails the highest physician-encounter frequency. If a Tier 3 user experiences an adverse event that may be related to a wellness recommendation, supplement protocol, or partner-clinic clinical activity, you are encouraged to report the event via the in-app "Report an Adverse Event" control or by emailing safety@yolongevity.com.
Reports are:
- logged with a timestamp and the relevant inference-log entries;
- triaged by YoLongevity clinical leadership within twenty-four (24) hours;
- forwarded to the relevant manufacturer (for supplements and Moleqlar products) for that manufacturer's own pharmacovigilance and FDA MedWatch reporting where applicable, since the manufacturer (not YoLongevity) is the regulated entity for the product;
- for events involving partner-clinic clinical interventions (for example, peptide therapy or HRT administered at the partner clinic), forwarded to the partner clinic, which undertakes any regulator-direct adverse-event reporting under its own pharmacovigilance and clinical-licensure obligations; and
- reflected in the credentialing audit (Section 6.8 of the Master Terms) where a network physician's actions are implicated.
YoLongevity's own role is limited to logging, triaging, forwarding, and following up with the user — it does not include filing regulator-direct adverse-event reports (such as FDA MedWatch Form 3500/3500A, EU EudraVigilance reports, or device vigilance submissions). YoLongevity does not manufacture, distribute, or sell a regulated product, and does not provide clinical care; the regulator-direct reporting role sits with the regulated entity (the manufacturer or the partner clinic), consistent with §2.6 (no medical-device classification) and §C.6.5.1 (clinical activity is partner-clinic activity, not YoLongevity).
C.11.5 Acute illness handoff — Tier 3 does not extend into acute care
Tier 3 supervising physician engagement does not extend into acute care. Where you experience an acute illness, the appropriate pathway is your treating clinician, urgent care, partner-clinic acute-care referral, or emergency services as warranted. The Tier 3 supervising physician will not take the role of acute-care attending; the supervising physician will redirect to acute-care resources and document the redirection. For emergencies: 911 / 112 / 999.
C.12 Tier 3 — Elite termination — orderly handoff, no abandonment
C.12.1 Continuity of wellness coaching upon termination
Upon termination of Tier 3 — Elite (whether by you under §15.1 of the Master Terms or by YoLongevity under §15.2), the wellness-coaching relationship between you and the YoLongevity-engaged supervising physician ends.
The partner-clinic relationship (where one has been established via §6 referral) continues independently per the partner clinic's own terms — termination of the YoLongevity Tier 3 subscription does not terminate the partner-clinic relationship.
Data portability under GDPR Article 20 applies: you may export the YoLongevity platform records (including the AI inference-log entries relevant to you, the physician-judgment documentation per §C.6.3.1, recordings and transcripts subject to per-Schedule retention rules, and the wellness-context history) by writing to privacy@yolongevity.com, for thirty (30) days post-termination (§15.4 of the Master Terms).
C.12.2 Term-and-minimum mechanics
- 30-day full-refund window: Within 30 days of your initial Elite subscription, you may withdraw and receive a full refund of all amounts paid; you are not bound to the 12-month term or the 3-month minimum (Master Terms §5.5; §C.5).
- Minimum 3-month commitment: Within the first 3 months from program activation (after the 30-day full-refund window expires), the user is bound to the term except for the EU 14-day mandatory cooling-off layer (Master Terms §5.5).
- After the 3-month minimum: the subscription is cancellable monthly with 30-day notice; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid month.
- At 12-month programme end: the user is not bound to renew; renewal is at the user's election.
C.12.3 Orderly handoff
Although Tier 3 is a wellness service (not clinical care), YoLongevity operates a structured Elite termination protocol to ensure an orderly handoff:
- where YoLongevity initiates termination without cause, at least sixty (60) days' advance notice is provided (§15.2 of the Master Terms);
- during the notice period, the supervising physician remains available for routine Elite wellness interactions;
- the platform actively assists you in identifying alternative wellness or clinical providers (including partner-clinic referral where you wish); and
- the supervising physician transmits a wellness-context summary to a successor wellness or clinical provider if you authorize.
The objective is that you have a meaningful opportunity to engage another provider before YoLongevity Elite wellness coaching ends — never an unannounced or abrupt cutoff. Termination-for-cause (§15.2 of the Master Terms — fraud, abuse, threats) may proceed without the sixty (60)-day notice but still includes the platform's referral and handoff resources.
END OF YoLongevity TERMS OF SERVICE
These Terms (Master Terms plus Schedule A, Schedule B, or Schedule C, as applicable to your tier) are effective as of 2026-07-16 (Version 1.9) and remain effective until amended in accordance with Section 19 or terminated in accordance with Section 15.
